Just been sitting here thinking about Gquuuuuux as I often do on Tuesdays and Iโm just realizing how Kycilia gave Nyaan a gun to kill others, Chalia gave Machu a gun to defend herself. Chalia encourages Machuโs freedom while Kycilia preys on Nyaanโs loneliness.
Both of the adults offer the girls the thing they want the most, for Machu, itโs freedom after feeling smothered by her family & school. Chalia lets her go to Earth, lets her do clan battle rather than taking the gquuuuuux back, etc., he explains things as an equal and allows her to choose whatโs best for her.
Nyaan lost her home in a very traumatising manner and desperately craves a new one. Kycilia directly tells her sheโll have just that if she makes a Zeknova. Both get their pilots to do what they want, just different approaches.
Also note Kycilia is grooming Nyaan metaphorically and literally in this scene as she does her hair. I love subtle shit like this.
