In honor of Pride Month, here's a tiny doodle with the colours of my flag! Happy Pride to everybody 💙💜❤️

This one is very old and was almost finished but never posted it anyway, so here it is.

Recently finished this lovely Animal Crossing-themed commission, had so much fun doing it, such a cute character and a beautiful game!

She made me such an amazing birthday card back in August, I felt like I had to replicate the gesture, not sure I managed to reach even a tenth of her artistic genius, but I tried my best!

I watched Beyoncé’s Homecoming, and the diversity of bodies represented by the backup dancers made me feel a bit emotional. It’s good to feel seen, it’s great to strive for diversity, always.

It's far from perfect but I enjoyed doing this, especially because I felt like I learned and evolved during the entire process. I need to get broader types of brushes but I'll get there eventually. Besides, drawing Somi was just absolutely enjoyable to begin with, if it's her, it's always gonna be fun 💜

A little interlude from Inktober (that is obviously transforming into Inkvember), with an illustration I made for a friend’s birthday! She’s a huge Sailor Moon fan, so I tried to make her as a Sailor Moon character, with her magical fluffy cat (that is hella hard to draw because waaaay too fluffy)!

I’ve always been a casual fan of Wonder Woman, being one of the very few women superheroes we actually have. I was happy about her getting a movie at long last, and even though I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wished I would, I’m still happy it got so popular, that so many people fell for her all over again and decided to make her their personal role model and celebrate her. It also means the franchise is gonna have new movies under the way, hopefully ones that I’ll enjoy more, and that’s overall awesome news! Also, her character design was really on point!

Sooyoung is a member of iconic Kpop girl group Girls’ Generation, which sadly came to an end earlier this month after 10 years of incredible success. Sooyoung has always been one of my favorite Kpop idols ever since I discovered the group in 2008, and has remained so for the past 10 years. I can’t wait to see what her future will be about in this new chapter of her life (hopefully full of acting gigs), as well as support all the rest of the members, and be thankful for the amazing last goodbye that “All Night” was (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4w8IbQTJpY)!

Sun is a character from TV Show Sense8 that I was drawn to since the very first episode. Her story arc in season 2 got even more interesting, and that particular moment when she’s seeking revenge from everything her brother had made her suffer through, she looked like an ultimate badass. I love Bae Doona (the actress) ever since I saw her in Japanese movie “Air Doll”, so it’s always a pleasure to follow her career, even more so when it’s under the direction of the Wachowskis!

I have a special relationship to Anne Shirley. I started reading the first book when I was around 8/9 years old, it was a gift from my grandmother, probably because she thought I would relate to this peculiar spirited child, and I definitely did! I read 2 other books from the Anne’s saga, and she always had that special place in my heart since then. So naturally, when I heard that Netflix was adapting the book into a TV Show, I was more than happy and excited about it. And it did not disappoint, AT ALL! The show gives me the exact same feelings I had while reading the book, and main actress AmyBeth McNulty is just a pure delight, and the perfect fit for Anne. Watching Anne With An E is a true breath of fresh air, it’s a show full of warmth and humanity, and I definitely recommend it!

I didn’t think much of The OA when I started watching. The synopsis was interesting, the actors good, the directing and photography beautiful, but still, I needed something to click. Then came episode 5 which left me in tears. Which made me watch it again, over and over again. This show touched me more than I thought it would, and I’m now highly invested in the characters and what will happen to them next season. Truly a show I loved dearly this year, a precious gem.

Seulgi is my favorite member of K-pop girl group Red Velvet, she’s cute, hard-working, talented and adorable. And I loved her in Red Flavor. And I’m not sure I need more excuses to draw my K-pop faves, sorry not sorry !

Mary Jackson is one of the main characters from the movie Hidden Figures, a movie based on real life and narrating the hardships of 3 black women working at NASA during the 60s. These amazing women, facing racism and sexism in a white male-dominated environment, managed to thrive despite it all, and Mary in particular became NASA’s first black female engineer, and had to fight in front of the justice to get there. A true role model and inspiration!

Marina is a character from video game Splatoon 2, she is a DJ, and also presents the news with Pearl, forming an awesome duo that I love dearly. But Marina in particular is just cute and absolutely adorable, her character design is absolutely on point, on top of having an endearing personality!
