There is always a way back, looking at the stars and feeling incredibly small but incredibly lucky is a way back, singing along to your favorite song in the car with the windows rolled all the way down is a way back, forgiving yourself for who you had to be to survive is a way back, the first cool breeze of autumn after a brutal summer is a way back, letting someone help you carry the heavy things is a way back, noticing the tiny weeds growing through the sidewalk cracks and realizing they are trying too is a way back, remembering that you are still here, still breathing, still trying, is a way back. 🤍

talking to someone with an open mind is seriously one of my favorite things because there’s never an end to what u can talk about and learn
