Hi, I'm Curse, a disabled Brazilian trans woman who has been struggling with terrible chest dysphoria for ages. I've been working hard towards getting gender affirming breast augmentation with one of the few surgeons in the country who specialize in it.
We managed (with great effort) to save up for the procedure itself, but we still need quite a bit for preliminary tests, the hospital stay itself, travel and hotel costs for upcoming appointments, etc, since me and my wives need to go to another city several hours away for it.
