rough layout wip for the TMMT lair! There's still a few missing rooms, but the lair is fundamentally an abandoned subway station connected to the sewers. The boys share rooms (Donnie + Leo, Raph + Mikey) atop the sewage systems, while Splinter stays within the subway's ticket booth. The train stationed on the railway is primarily used for storage and as Donnie's tech lab- at least until Dee fiddles with it and makes it functional again, with a few adjustments.
