How does it feel to mess yourself as an incontinent person?
Messing yourself while incontinent is literally one of the best feelings ever, ha ha. It feels very different from what I remember messing being like as a continent person (which I hated), and you don’t exert any effort whatsoever for it to happen : 3
Hmm, how best to describe this.
If you don’t want to hear intricate details about messing, look away now, ha ha ha.
These days, I only ever get about five minutes warning that I’m going to mess myself, sometimes even less depending on what I’ve eaten. To start, there’s like this slight feeling of weight in my bowels beforehand, and that’s the little notice I get before everything starts happening.
You’ll have to use your imagination a little bit here because there are truly unique sensations involved, but, try and imagine the feeling of your bowel muscles being like completely locked open, and, there being no feeling of resistance whatsoever, none at all; the messing is just totally unimpeded.
I guess the actual messing part is like, the messing starts happening much faster than you might expect as a continent person, but although you start messing quite quickly, it’s actually extremely gentle and even pleasant in a way. You don’t feel a single muscle doing anything while you’re messing yourself, none at all (which is probably the best part, how totally relaxing it is), and all you can feel while this is happening is the warmth and mushiness coming out of your body, and the slight weight in your bowels disappearing.
That’s probably another part that makes it so good. When you become bowel incontinent you usually start messing yourself two or three times a day after you eat, and because your bowels and digestive system get so in tune with each other and work in tandem, your messes are almost always extremely soft when they come out. I cannot for the life of me remember the last time I was ever constipated, regardless of what I ate, ha ha.
I think that’s probably about all the details I can think of to answer your question. If you were wondering how it happens from a biological standpoint without a person choosing to manually push though, well, we all have muscles in our bowels that cannot be consciously controlled, and these work to push a mess through your body using a technique called peristalsis. When you become incontinent, it’s these involuntary muscles that completely take over and push the mess out into your diaper without any of your conscious thought or input.
If you’ve ever had a messy accident as a normally fully continent person, for example, you have peristalsis to thank for it! Your body basically got fed up with waiting for you to find the right moment for you to mess and took over, giving you a glimpse into what it’s like being genuinely bowel incontinent : P
