I did this guy from Howl’s Moving Castle for my walking animation assignment. Nameless supporting characters need some love right? 

What is the universe but a dance between motion and entropy, gravitation and mass, between what flows and what stands still?

Traveler, if you venture deep into the old heart of the forest, look for guard stones. They are told to keep the elemental giants asleep. Upon their burried bodies have grown archtrees, gatekeepers of the canopy. But as the forest runs dry, ancient trees are dying and soon the archtrees will blossom no more. At long last, giants will be awaken. Their burried stone swords shall dance angain to surge back civilisation. For that is their duty. Traveler, avoid archtrees when heading deep into the old heart of the forest... 

Another background I initially did for an animation project. It was poorly exectued so I eventually droped it. But like a brave soldier who never leaves a man behind, I’ve returned to save it. It’s still a little bit clumsy but far better than the first version.
