it always cracks me up when i see tags like "tw anti endo" or "tw sysmed"
guys we need to put tws for science because the flat earthers can't handle it💔
It's like putting a trigger warning for people being smarter than you. So pitiful
things that do not mean you're faking systemality:
having a high alter count
having very little amnesia
having lots of introjects
using sign offs and decorating your system trackers
having comorbid disorders
not knowing whether you have osdd, pdid, did
having dramatic switches
being cringe
not being diagnosed
being a teenager
not remembering trauma
experiencing ramcoa or oea
things that do mean you're faking systemality:
Claiming to be willogenic
sys terms that are medical terms!!
fictive
system
alters
CDD
DID
OSDD
UDD
factive
gatekeeper
persecutor
little
protector
host
co-host
co-concious
splitting
introject
fronting
P-DID
AND THATS ALL I CAN THINK OF RN BUT IK THERES mORE
endos and willos have no buisness using these terms!!
another delusional anti willo blog who can't comprehend criticism from something thats not the shit they post about all day. you own a blog to talk about your paranoid thoughts and you accuse everyone who calls you out on your shit endo. Its funny. detached from reality. can't even comprehend that some people aren't as fucked up as you.
You're using a lot of words that I'm confident you aren't using correctly.
This is the second ask I've gotten that is utterly nonsensical. I don't even know what the point you're trying to get across is.

the reason anti endos arent taken seriously is because there is no direction and there are all the bizarre fantasies and vents along side serious posts. you reblogged a post going on about how endos dont know what it feels like to dissociate and its common for anti endos to do this in all forms of trauma, disability, etc. you people are just making anti endos look like insecure babbling babies who cant make a point without going on bizarre tangents about shit that doesnt even relate to endo shit . same with the pedo allegations. its a joke. just get to the fucking point
The reason why ntgs aren't taken seriously is because of stupid, rambling, nonsensical asks like this.
You're all worked up and for what? Because traumatized people are posting and talking about the many different ways that our disorders and your community's ableism effects us? Pathetic, really.
every time an anti-willo blog reblogs one of my posts, an angel gains its wings
Endos are not psychotic or delusional. they’re just idiots. they’re just idiots okay we dont need to further the stigma of psychosis
people can be wrong without being in psychosis
"Wehhh but they think something tnat's wrong is right!"
That's called stupidity. and it's been around since the dark ages, guys.
stupid ass endos will never know what it feels like to spend years of your life heavily dissociated. to not remember any of the good memories, only bits and pieces of the troubles that traumatized you. to forget your own friends and family. to never feel real. to spend days blurry because of high stress.
i will never not say that they are a mockery.
this is a disorder. not a game. not an identity. it is a trauma based dissociative disorder.
and it is NOT fun. I'll tell you that for free.
if you think endos are doing nothing wrong by constantly trying to push real systems out of their own spaces, invading others spaces, harassing children and trauma survivors alike then laughing when they are actually negatively affected by what you did? you probably need help. a reality check, if you will.
CDDs aren't. fun.
they are NOT something you can CHOOSE.
endos&co are nothing more than a mockery of everything real systems are and have been through.
get a real hobby. get a life.
otherwise you will soon find that you will die alone, because no one wants to be around people who make the world about them. it will be sad, sure. but we'll deserved.
the only sad part? most won't realize they've lived their lives wrong until it is too late.
—a blurry tired sys who just woke up
its pride month awv. you know what that means.

the anti-willoverse won't end just because some people are throwing a tantrum, by the way! we will continue to have fun and be silly! you're just proving how horrible of a person you are if your response to seeing blogs you don't like is to send people spam asks, harass them, and tell them to harm themselves ^^
ID: i have really silly questions to ask as a singlet but it seems to be a common thing among systems and im curious
whats wrong with final fusion? why do so many systems feel as if its something bad to happen? /END ID
Hey, anon!!! These aren't silly questions at all! :) This post goes over why final fusion is okay to seek + how to seek final fusion under the cut. We’ll be honest: there is nothing inherently “wrong” with final fusion or unification. The topic is simply very emotional and deeply personal for many systems, so reactions to it can become intense very quickly. First and foremost, recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Some systems pursue functional multiplicity, some pursue fusion, and some are undecided or move between goals over time. None of those paths make someone “better,” “more healed,” or “more valid” than another. A large amount of fear surrounding final fusion comes from misunderstandings about what fusion actually is. In many online spaces, fusion is portrayed as “death,” “erasure,” or “killing alters,” which understandably sounds horrifying—especially in communities where alters are framed as entirely separate people. But clinically, fusion is generally understood as the lowering or removal of dissociative barriers between parts of the self, not literal death. Fusion does not mean experiences, emotions, memories, skills, or personality traits suddenly disappear. Alters are dissociated parts of one mind. When integration occurs, those previously separated aspects become more connected and accessible within a more cohesive sense of self. For example, if a part carried confidence, protection, or emotional resilience, those traits do not vanish after fusion. Instead, the person may begin experiencing those abilities as their own emotional regulation and identity rather than something compartmentalized into a separate dissociative state. You become closer to those parts, you don't lose them entirely. Your parts are still you. You are accepting these aspects of yourself and that's what fusion is. Acceptance. The fear often comes from the fact that dissociative barriers originally developed for survival. Those separations can feel safe, familiar, and stabilizing. Losing or changing that structure can feel frightening, unfamiliar, or grief-inducing even if the process itself is healthy. Some systems also become emotionally attached to the internal dynamics, companionship, or sense of identity they developed over time, so naturally the idea of change can feel deeply upsetting. Additionally, online communities sometimes unintentionally reinforce the fear by personifying fusion as a “loss of people” rather than a reduction in dissociation. This can make fusion sound catastrophic instead of what treatment literature usually describes: increased integration, continuity of memory, and reduced compartmentalization. That being said, fusion is not required for healing. Many people instead aim for functional multiplicity, which focuses on communication, cooperation, stability, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and reduced distress without necessarily pursuing full unification. That is also considered a valid treatment outcome. The goal of treatment for dissociative disorders is usually not “getting rid of alters” at all. It is improving quality of life, reducing dissociation, processing trauma safely, increasing stability, and helping the person function in a way that feels healthy and sustainable for them.
get off ur phone and go outside, touch some grass and maybe a book about natural plurality! "Dissociative Made Simple" is a good 1!
Look me in the fucking eyes and tell me we read the same book. You're misrepresenting the whole goddamn book. Dissociative Made Simple by Jamie Marich is specifically about dissociation, trauma, and Complex Dissociative Disorders in treatment settings. The glossary even defines “plurality” in relation to dissociative disorders. It never argues for “natural plurality” or endogenic systems.
One quote literally says:
“The presence of healthy development allows for a natural integration of the personality structure. Yet in the presence of unhealed trauma, disorganized attachment, or developmental distress, a natural separation is bound to remain.”
That is the opposite of claiming multiplicity naturally forms without trauma or dissociation. The book normalizes dissociative experiences to reduce stigma for patients. It doesn't validate endogenic ideology. Are you fucking serious? "Oh, but Sol! What about the cultural part!? You're being racist for excluding it!" The cultural section doesn't support “natural plurality” either. The author is talking about how different cultures interpret dissociative experiences—not claiming multiplicity naturally forms without trauma or dissociation. Do not delude yourself or mislead others. The book is a resource for people with Dissociative Disorders. endos be rude as hell and then when youre rude back suddenly its "your entire community is so mean weeeeh :((( you hurted my feelings". but when we go "endos have never been nice and are rooted in ableism" of course we are bad and mean and the worst people ever
Funniest part is we could absolutely stand to be meaner.
Willos and co who identify as demons; we don't claim you. You're an insult to the title.

r/systemcringe is a plague on this world.
Let's help destroy it by signing this petition
Don't feel like signing? Spread the word at least.
I saw a post in a plural community which was asking for advice about an alter who doesn't want to be in the system. I resonate, as I used to be that way, and hated existing like this. Sometimes, I still do. I took a look at the comments, in which everyone was talking about alters being able to just leave. One person suggeted "willoing" sourcemates in.
The only "leaving" we can think of is dormancy, but it didn't seem that was what they were talking about. Tutorials on how to leave a system? If it was possible, I would have done it a while ago. It's not.
People are confusing.
It is genuinely hilarious how often the ntg crowd (especially willos) will give advice that can be boiled down to "idk. fix it yourself" or "just make more alters"
I'm convinced that if someone tried to ask for genuine advice about something, it'd showcase just how unhealthy and unhelpful that community is, especially about anything related to mental health
