     On September 27th, it was a good day for the new character of the Mabinogi Heroes. Originally, something was supposed to happen. After all, with the new update, we could provide the majority of favorite "Mabinogi Heroes" players with new characters, new content, new quality, new experience.

     However, before new update went LIVE, the game had a serious problem. In order to avoid further aggravating the problem, we confirmed the problem after the first try on the relevant processing and repairs, but it still caused a greater impact upon the majority of player’s "Mabinogi Heroes" game environment.

     In order to solve this problem as soon as possible and not to bring you another share of distress and inconvenience, from September 27 the problem appeared, we have been in discussion about our response to the careful handling of this issue.

     In this regard, we urge the players: please, give us some time. At the same time, we also desire the majority of "Mabinogi Heroes" players could give us a little bit of support and understanding. We are sorry for causing trouble for everyone.

TG: About new Miri role, what is her design concept? Does her name MIRI have any meaning? Why did you think of the Dragon's Descendant as a background to design?

Cui Lin: As we all know, "Mabinogi Heroes" in the world with dragons everywhere, so we began to try to use the history of dragons as a starting point and background to draw a female role. As for the origins of Miri's name, it was because the dragon was called Mirr, so we added some feminine elements on this basis, and so Miri's name came into being.

TG: Players are speculating that Lynn's second weapon will arrive during the National Day in China. Is there anything that you can say about that?

Wu Dongxi: I think this is just a rumor. After all, please wait for the specific announcement.

TG: 4 months in a row, from June to September, the national version had new versions of updated content. Will there be the same speed in making updates that will come in the future?

Wu Dongxi: Compared with the first half of the year, next half we will continue to ensure the quality of the game, as well as the frequency and stability of making updates.

TG: With the current popularity of PVP games, are you considering to enhance the PVP gameplay, so PVP would become one of the main game points?

Wu Dongxi: In fact, we have been considering more game modes for fun, but for now, making the "Mabinogi Heroes" PVP-based game is not in the plans.

TG: Lynn's two weapons have been identified, can you reveal for whom you will be making 2nd weapons next?

Wu Dongxi: We are now preparing Arisha's second weapon.

TG: Aren't there new designs for male roles in the plans?

Wu Dongxi: At present, we do not have a clear goal in making male or female roles, but this development will always come with promotional trailers and teasers. Although there is a certain gap existing between male and female ratio, we're still not sure whether we will make male or female role.

TG: Following the plot, the protagonist, that our player controls, has embarked on the Path of the Hero, then is S3 close to the end? After S3, will the world restart yet again, will there be S4?

Wu Dongxi: There is still lots of content preparing for you to explore while being on the Path of the Hero, the end of S3 is still too far away.

TG: We found out that Korean version implemented Mate syste. So can you tell us when the system will be on national version?

Huang Shanzhen: We think it is necessary to let the Chinese players feel the charm of the Mate system, the specific implementation time is still under discussion, so stay tuned!

TG: After release of playing characters's background history, the players of these characters are very curious about the background story. Will some of their background be related to the quest stories, to enhance the player's understanding and love for the role?

Wu Dongxi: I personally hope that this could become a reality, but from the developer's point of view, this is indeed a very difficult thing to implement. If you want to make the words, the battle, the map, the lens, the monster should make the fine production, if so then the main line task and the battle renewal must be interrupted.

TG: After the RISE, "Mabinogi Heroes" update has been synchronized across the globe, could we consider that tthe future updates will also be synchronized in the future as well?

Wu Dongxi: We're not considering this for now. We have already spent a lot of development time in RISE version of the update, as well as to deliver this update to the world at the same time.

TG: When players see MIRI, they feel like seeing someone familiar on Chinese social network with the same face. Were there any references or photos that were the base for the character? Why would it be designed to be similar to female high school students or the image of my younger sister?

Cui Lin: Although Miri and Evie look different, with a beautiful smile, we were going in that direction while making a new role, thus Miri was born. As for the appearance, we were looking through lots of information at the same time, as well as doing internal survey whether the popularity will meet development concept. After choosing from a wide selection of choices, we refer to this in lots of new content.

TG: "Mabinogi Heroes" has been online for many years, will you continue to maintain the game's freshness and competitiveness?

Wu Dongxi: We love "Mabinogi Heroes". Even if we don't, we will still continue to do so.

TG: In a big update, the map of the Northern Ruins (Perilous Ruins, NA) of the game has been updated. Are you considering to remake other areas?

Wu Dongxi: The reason for updating Northern Ruins was in order to improve the players impression in early parts of the game, the development will be shifted from updating the other areas into making new battles.

TG: Has the team had any debates during development process? Would you be willing to share with players your concerns and something interesting that happened during the development process?

Cui Lin: We're not directly responsible for the development staff, but we're also listening to the views of other members of the development team, and conducting quite a number of discussions. Miri's emotional expressions, attacks, were also followed with fierce discussion, each time we were imagining the ideal look of Miri. Although our look on Miri has been almost the same, doing all kinds of actions that was expected, every time it made us feel funny.

TG: The Miri role has been out for some time in Korea. Can you explain how Korean players are feeling about her and what we should expect of her?

Wu Dongxi: Players mostly evaluated her as a simple character with very strong attacks, the levelling process will be easier than the other roles.

TG: In player's minds, Hurk's image is a fierce, brave warrior, his second weapon should've been similar to Tomahawk, Sledgehammer this kind of weapons. Why did you choose "Teide" as his second weapon?

Wu Dongxi: Most of the development goes individually, if developer wants to make sometiong, we usually won't stop him. Like with my own development of Arisha, the character development process reflects the person who is in charge of this role.

TG: As "Mabinogi Heroes" development team, is there anything you'd like to say to the national version players?

Now, about Kayna Badge fixes that were mentioned in the notes:

Because of "Grand Change" patch (aka RISE), TianCheng removed the game attribute called Damage Reflect. However, Kayna Avatar Badges still had that attribute despite it being removed from the game.

Therefore, after maintenance, Kayna Avatar Badge's values of Damage Reflect will be readjusted and, possibly, converted into Damage Limit Break.

New skills for tranformations - Active: Holy Sword for Paladin (Light Knight), Active: Retribution.for Dark Knight.

Will there be new weapon for Hurk - is unknown, though it is heard that Japan gets both Lv 95 content and Hurk’s 2nd Weapon called Teide.
