Usually a shrine like this, considering there was an urn and red lights, I think it’s safe to assume this was not something like a poster of a spiritual leader at the rebel base to boost morale, but a shrine set up for a family member, by a family member.

At the end of his life, he was still holding onto her urn.

With his last breathe, all he wanted to express is how grateful he was that he was in Evelyn’s arms.
