You Should See Me in a Crown

Eh, I wish I was. Truth is my Lucifer muse is kinda hiding away. Hopefully, he crawls out of whatever cage he’s under.

     It was the first group dinner Charlie had invited her parents to since the hotel had it’s. . . ‘opening weekend.’ After arriving they were greeted and made quick conversation with the faces they knew. But soon, the conversation got stale and Lucifer got bored. At some point, he found his way into the kitchen and was greeted by. . . a flee? A cute flee, apparently named Nifty. Eventually, he got her to settle and gave her a spin right out of the room. Standing, he finally greeted the new visitor. Lucifer had noticed him a while ago but decided not to be rude.

     “And you must be Pennywise.” Joking, obviously. Lucifer walked about Alastor to get a better look. He circled him once, then twice. Cute ears. Tiny antlers. Thin. So very thin. If he died by anything other than hunger Lucifer would be genuinely surprised. Which was quite a sight, normally. “A deer, huh?” He probably sounded a little less than impressed, but Lucifer did always enjoy understand why souls got the forms they did down here.

“Ho-ho?”“I suppose I could show my face again. It has been quite a while.”

“I don’t think the word adorable has ever been used in association with me before–”

He observes the king’s cheerful countenance with a placid smile, tilting his head, so that his floppy deer ears are more properly within his reach.

“–but I’ll take it, since it’s coming from you.”

“Well, they should because you’re so cute. Come my darling, give me a real smile.” His thumbs reached up, ever so slightly and scratched the base of his ears.
