we received so vanishingly little donations that we were forced to use the passport funds to pay for the immune globulin as well as their return, as the doctors evacuated too.

this isn't even including the $1000 debt we have accrued from needing iv fluids due to not getting the immune globulin injection on time

in over 2 days, after i announced that they needed to evacuate urgently, we still didn't even get close to enough

i really don't know what to say. our passport funds being drained just makes ammar's situation worse, because his condition is worsening the longer we go without his heart operation, which he can only get in egypt

if we keep draining those funds, we'll just have nothing left, and then he'll be doomed
