The Lion was sleeping. And everybody knew that one should not wake Sweden up once he was sleeping. Thus, Iceland tiptoed through the house, carefully setting the table and gathering the things he needed to prepare breakfast. 

Apparently, something had woken the Lion after all. Or perhaps he had woken by himself. Iceland heard the man shuffle into the kitchen and he looked around. Sweden seemed far from the untameable Lion that he was at this moment. 

His pyjama bottoms were hanging low on his hips, the ends pooling at his feet. His hair looked suspiciously a lot like Denmark’s hand he was rubbing his eyes as he made his way to his lover. 

“Mornin’”, he mumbled as he snaked an arm around Iceland. The younger hummed in response and handed the other his daily cup of coffee. A large head came to rest on Iceland’s shoulder and gentle kisses were placed on his neck and cheek. Today, they would have a lazy, cosy day with lots of cuddling.
