#as always. it's now the 7th anniversary of my dog dying in the most tragic way possible for me and so last night i took melatonin and #tried to go to bed early so i could just sleep right through it right but no bc i'm destined to be tortured and suffer at every single #possible fucking turn so i'd say i slept like honestly maybe 2 hours last night because i kept waking up and falling asleep and then joltin #awake and then not being able to sleep so i tried my youtube hypnosis meditation whatever thing that almost always works and no #then i went to asmr and no then i went to just hating myself and that felt better and then at some point i was so mad i #punched myself in the arm bc i'm insane so that hurts and so none of that worked so i just had to lay there and use every single brain cell #to not Think about Things and that's the theme of this year is I'm Not Thinking About It so i'm trying v hard all day to Not.#like will i ever get over this honestly. i genuinely don't think so #like maybe if it didn't happen the way it did maybe it wouldn't hurt so much or just be so raw still but it did and it is and i don't think #i can ever get over it. like idk how it's been 7 years it feels like it was 5 months ago and 50 years ago simultaneously i just don't know #it's fucking me up. anyway. i'm going to spend the whole day with my cat but even that makes me sad because it makes me #feel bad knowing that he was taken away from her too and she loved him so so so much and he loved her so so so much too and anyway ok now #i'm crying and i'm not doing that today so i need to stop ok bye
