caregiver that doesn’t try to calm you down and stop you from crying. Instead they let you feel your feelings and cry in their arms til your little eyes have no more tears to cry. Gently petting your head and just being there for you. Reminding you that you’re not alone

Sometimes it's grounding yourself during/after a PTSD episode, panic/anxiety attack, or scary situation. Finally slowing down and processing

Sometimes agere is letting yourself cry when you otherwise wouldn't

Sometimes it's using your toys/stuffies to act out appointments and things, so you feel more prepared for them

Sometimes agere is learning to love/care for yourself despite the way you've been treated

Agere is messy, sad/angry, happy/fun, good, bad, and all in-between. You aren't wrong for struggling, and you aren't a bad kid for having health issues or needing more than the average care. There's nothing wrong with wanting to cope (as long as you do it safely)

just wanna be so teeny tiny and I want someone to cuddle me take care of me wanna be fed with fun plates or bottle fed while someone coos at me, wanna color and show them and they get put up and shown off and wanna build blocks, idk I wanna teethe and have baby stuff, I want baby things so bad, I want pacis that don't hurt and bottles and toys and soft things to cuddle and toys to play with and onesies that make me feel so tiny and comfy and padding...? Maybe...they look cute and comfy idk idk...And don't wanna worry about big scary things and just be able to relax without being afraid of someone walking in and getting all weird and icky about wanting to be tiny or any of that mean stuff and not say it for a kink or an ageplay or bdsm or any of the icky stuff....
