One time I was restrained face down on the bed and blindfolded, arms drawn up together with wrists bound, and legs spread wide to the corners at the foot of the bed.  A couple of pillows raised my hips and arched my back slightly.  Ice cubes were slowly worked, one at a time, into my ass.  The sensation was exquisite...the extreme of the cold felt literally like fire deep inside of me.  After maybe twenty or so ice cubes had been inserted into me, an anal plug was used to trap them inside, as they slowly melted, creating a frigid enema.  I was left for some time to experience the sensations and to just have to deal with it.  By the time I was released from the restraints and told to clean myself up, what was expelled was (almost) body temperature, but still cool liquid as I felt it leaving my body.
