If you ever give one of us the silent treatment I will hunt you down.

Cuz like legit that is the worst thing you can do.

If you need a little time to cool off that is fine. Just let us know. Say give me a bit/talk to ya about it later/ i need to get my head on straight. Then when you have calmed down approach us and explain what was problematic enough that you got annoyed/mad. We’ll fix it right away or if it’s a bigger thing we may need the occasional reminder. But yeah.

Giving us the silent treatment = shit shot shit what did we do wrong? Does said person hate us? What can we do to fix it? And so on and so forth until we panic/withdraw/beg etc. And it’s really hard to stop the cycle of nope so please help us help ourselves by heading it off by going dude I need a moment.
