having did is fun one of us (daves) will be hella passively suicidal and draw herself dead and rotting then write about herself dead and rotting and doing nothing but bothering and burdening and dirtying dirk w corpse goo or whatever and then her writing (from dirks pov) brings dirk to fully front rather than cofront and the tone of the story shifts to actually i would love the corpse and kiss its nasty rotting forehead and not let anyone take away my corpse #mycorpse

theres no good word for a guy youre in a relationship with like boyfriend is a dumb sounding word husband is like literally the worst sounding word i could think of and like whats left? partner is my default but its degendered and like thats not a bad thing it just doesnt fit. like i go w boywife or pet boy sometimes but those both have connotations especially from an outside perspective and are kinda weird in casual conversation i guess. lover is also like weirdly sensual. significant other or s/o are both kinda a mouthful and also feel pretty impersonal
