As someone who sometimes does 3D modelling/rigging I found this scene really cool wahahah. Also I love how the impromptu barber session led them to having a heart-to-heart as well as some interesting character interactions (just like a real barbershop lol)
Also idk how it works in other softwares but at least in blender, the way you edit the mesh/rig of a character is through "edit mode" which snaps the character into their resting positions (or in this case T poses). I'd also usually handwave this thing for the sake of the story but thinking abt it is just rly funny to me lol
Maybe before he was just laying the new hair mesh on top of her model without actually editing her model directly, so when he was trying to add bones from Pomni's rig to the new mesh, he tapped into edit mode and inadvertently made Pomni paralyzed as well lol. I could see why this is the reason he usually edits their models/rigs while they're unconscious
Okay HELL YES HELLO I'M AWAKE NOW AND CAN APPRECIATE THIS PROPERLY!!!! First off, you draw these two SO adorably and I am obsessed!!!! Their expressions & poses!!! So spot-on!!!
I did a little research on 3D sculpting (and figured Caine would do it similarly to artists who sculpt in VR), but otherwise that scene was totally BSed, so HOLY hell does it mean a lot that you liked it & are able to bring some expertise in!!! Thanks so much for sharing all that!!! It really is fun to think about the nitty-gritty of how Caine creates things, and OMFG T-pose Pomni has me HOWLING 🤣🤣🤣🤣 SOMEONE HELP HER PLEASE 😭😭😭
Funfact: Caine having to immobilize Pomni's model to add significant, more direct edits will DEFINITELY be a thing down the line. 😎🔥🔥🔥 I just fudged it a bit for chapter 4 bc I wanted them to relax a little and have that heart-to-heart!!!

I love when people explain Caine's technical abilities like when it comes to computer smarts there's a reason why he's able to create such fantastical and intricate creations! It contrasts beautifully against his lesser understanding on humans and how to navigate social situations
Also WAHAHAHAH INTERESTING >:)))) Can't wait to see it in the story! Would Pomni trust Caine enough to do it or will she get spooked I wonder...
