A lady came in today and she kept calling me Julia, that's not my name, not even close to my name. I'm wearing a nametag and a lanyard with my name on them. I help her once then she needed help again so she's yelling "JULIA" at the top of her lungs and im not responding because i don't know she's talking to me cuz that's not my name. It got to the point where she came up behind me and pushed me. Normally if people get my name wrong I'm not mad but the fact that she touched me made me really mad. I go "What the fuck is your problem?" Because I'm gonna be honest i forgot i was at work the moment she put her hands on me. She starts yelling and claiming I'm ignoring her. She's yelling and yelling and i get fed up and i say "My names Ashanti, bitch" and she runs, like literally runs to find a manager. I went back to doing my job and my manager had no clue who Julia was so no one got in trouble for it

The best thing for me, as an ex- Starbucks employee, is the horror that genuinely is the milk delivery when it’s only you and one other shift member. Though, I did end up learning how to carry six individual gallons of milk at once.

Also that change from Customer Service ™®© voice back to normal to informal joking-threats is amazing

Yeah the whiplash from “Hi welcome to starbucks how can I help you! :)” to “I’LL FUCK YOUR WIFE” killed me.
