I was hung up on getting another Windows 7 PC, then I thought - Why not Vista? So, I got in my time machine and bought one, along with a few upgrades. Hopefully, I'll be able to get back into playing the Sims again.

Walked around the Sausage Fest, had an elephant ear, and listened to Nite Wave for a bit. We would've stayed longer, but it was starting to get a little chilly at 49°.

Homemade Au Gratin Potatoes and Fishless Filets w/ lemon I usually make "fish & chips" with these veggie filets, but felt like changing it up a little. It made for an excellent combo!

Holly's 25th birthday was on Monday! We rode the double-decker bus to Seattle, and got some brunch & Bloody Mary's, then did a little shopping downtown. We finished up the day by playing some pinball.

Tired Out

We went out to mountains to work on our anniversary shoot. We wanted to get out there while it was still kind of wintry looking. About a week ago, this area still had a foot of snow! Joel put his phone on the tripod for a few sample shots; I thought this one was especially cute.

Today I got to be on both sides of the lens! About a week ago, this entire area had a foot of snow.

Took my Duaflex IV (deluxe) out to the mountains last week. It's hard shifting gears, and remembering that is a box camera, and not a true TLR... I expect more than a few out of focus shots. I love shooting these old cameras though, and seeing what kind of pictures I can create.
