they fucked up the development of lias andersson, embarrassed him publicly in front of thousands on opening night, and them offered no support when he was showing signs of struggling mentallyĀ and he only made progress when he went back to sweden, so much that he went back home to sweden. he himself implied that he was bullied on the rangers/wolf pack, and when he did eventually go back to sweden his feet were in such bad shape that he couldnāt even wear skates. again, the rangers/wolf pack offered him no support when he was struggling mentally so much that he would stay up at night to wait for his swedish friends to wake up so they can play video games, and admits to taking sleeping pills during this time.Ā (x)

theyāre beginning to fuck up the development of kaapo kakko, first by placing him in a billet in westchester county which is 40 minutes away from msg and he had to get a hotel before games so he could take a pregame nap. on a rookieās salary.
like they did with lias, theyāre offering kakko no support under the guise ofĀ āno preferential treatmentāĀ and are benching him when he doesnāt excel immediately.
next, kāandre miller. the rangers did nothing to protect him in a zoom interview where he was repeatedly called the n word and then took 10 hours to compose a bullshit response.Ā theyāre also letting 2 of the most racist people on the league, be on the same team as him. deangelo was suspended in junior for using a slur against his own teammate, and yet the rangers have not yet done anything to protect kāandre. they also, this summer, billeted kāandre to a former sundown town with alexis lafreniere. if you donāt know what a sundown town is, google it.
the rangers have arguably, the worst prospect development program in the nhl currently and it needs to be fixed. immediately.
