Hello Lovelies! Today was Calves, Shoulders, Trapezius, Triceps, and Abs day! I think I can probably go heavier on the Standing Calf Raise. I think I pushed it with most of the exercises today but if you don’t push you don’t progress right? :P. I’m surprised how quickly I got through the training today. I started training a little later and I cut down my rest timers by 30secs so I think that helped. I did do what laundry folding I could in between. I think that I should continue with that habit because I get distracted less doing that than doing ANYTHING on my phone ^^; Thank you for all the love and encouragement, friends.
