While the conditioner is working, use a natural-bristled body brush to apply peppermint body scrub. Alternatively, you can use an exfoliating soap bar. This removes dead skin cells, increases blood circulation, and stimulates the skin, leaving your skin younger, fresher. Then apply a restorative shower gel to the body (I recommend Guerlain). For extremely dry skin, use a moisturizing body lotion instead. After rinsing the skin thoroughly, rinse the conditioner from the hair with COOL TO COLD WATER - this seals the cuticle. ALWAYS pat the skin dry, as rubbing can irritate the dermis, causing flaking and irritation. And remember, NEVER SHAVE THE FACE IN THE SHOWER.
