I read on Reddit that it was about "Komejirushi/Chamgopyo" or "Reference Mark/Reference Symbol" –> ※ <– that specific symbol, which one has dots, not letters. I saw a lot of tattoos similar to Trevor's, but with different letters, ofc.

Um, also Trevor doesn't seem like the type of person who would get something like "joke" tattooed on his skin. His tattoos are pretty symbolic, so when he says "this is kind of a joke" I feel like he's trolling us all—and obviously he does, I mean "It's obviously based on the New York Hardcore, right?" Dude... but I'm intrigued by the meaning of that one in particular, so if anyone knows, please let me know.
