Wanted to practice environmental color schemes in acrylic. I'd like to explore how to use colors to enhance snowy backgrounds rather than blacks and grays. This is a 5x7 study of a photo from my childhood home. . . 11.12.19
Decided to fill the cracks in with metallic gold acrylic. I think it worked out ok. . . . 10.11.19
Forgot to post the second abstract painting. Didn't plan how to lay the gold webbing so I just experimented. I like some parts of it so not a total fail. :P . . 9.20.19
