A Reflection of Titus’ Voice Actors Across International Dubs

In Pixar's 30th full-length animated feature film Hoppers, the main antagonist Titus has two actors: one for the Insect Prince and one for the Insect King. Since Hoppers is a popular film, it has had multiple dubs to accommodate different languages, and as such this required various actors for each respective language.
Below is a compilation and analysis of the actors who voiced the Insect Prince and Insect King, respectively:

Seeing this, the split between female actresses and male actors seems to be pretty even. While it is standard casting for studios to cast women as young boys due to labor laws or boys having less stable voices and Titus is supposedly one of these examples given Eman Abdul-Razzak, a woman, voiced his larval stage in the original dub (11), Pixar has stood away from this fashion for years, making it more unusual than standard, especially since Hoppers is a Pixar film.
For example, Pixar casted Alexander Gould and Hayden Rolence as Nemo in Finding Nemo and Finding Dory, respectively, Yonas Kibreab as Elio and Remy Edgerly as Glordon in Elio, Anthony Gonzalez as Miguel Rivera in Coco, Jacob Tremblay as Luca Paguro in Luca, and so on, to emphasize realism rather than cartoon standard voice acting, as while female actors can rehearse to sound like young boys/male creatures, the voice seems too perfect to be natural (Source). In fact, in Pixar, for every male character, at most 5% overall (usually 0%) of the voice actors in international dubs that voiced him are women, as the vast majority are boys or young men.
Titus has a far higher percentage as the Insect Prince, making him unusual, given the even split, especially since Titus is promoted as if he were a young boy given his pupation from caterpillar (larval stage) to butterfly and how after he becomes a butterfly none of these actors appear anymore in the film.
It is implied, however, that he is not actually a young boy, but rather a female caterpillar that delayed her puberty until her mother's death. After his mother, the Insect Queen, dies accidentally at the hands of Mabel Tanaka, who disguises herself as an orange beaver, he pretends to cry for his mother's death, only to later maniacally laugh and steal his mother's crown.
When he declares himself as the Insect King, the Animal Council, including the Bird King, is hesitant to hail him as king, despite the fact he is the legitimate and sole heir of his mother. As said before, the council is hesitant to hail him because to them, a female insect cannot be king, she should be queen. Despite their hesitancy, they still reluctantly hail him in the end given it is not like they have a choice in the matter: he is the only insect available to be hailed. It is implied he declared himself as king rather than queen (the correct title) given right after he becomes "king", he explains his plans to squish Mayor Jerry Generazzo, the mayor of Beaverton. Before his mother's death, Mabel Tanaka talks to the council about Jerry, leading the council to call him the Human King and leading to the council's plans to "squish" him. Since Jerry is the Human King and Titus impersonates him, as seen later on, this is why he declares himself king, not because he is a boy therefore he is king and not queen. If he were a boy or man, the council would not have been hesitant to hail him given he was the sole legitimate heir. If he were illegitimate he would not be attending the council and he would not have whined:
"Mother, I wish to go home! Now!"
implying he was forced to attend and he is a legitimate heir not some illegitimate boy who somehow wanted to overthrow and become king. He did not usurp his mother's throne given he was going to be Insect Queen anyway. While it seems like usurping at first glance given he is blood-thirsty, in actuality, he is the righteous heir; it is just that he was excited he got his righeous title and decided to abuse it by not only "squishing" Jerry but take a step further causing a genocide not only against humans but also vertebrates, as seen later on.
After he announces his plans to the council, almost immediately he pupates himself into a butterfly. It is implied he does so to execute his plans, not because he is ready to develop from a boy to a man, especially since he refuses to leave his leaf until his mother's death and showed no signs prior that he is ready for such a process. Given while he did not show sadness and faked his grief, he is genuinely shocked when his mother dies, showing his surprise and immaturity. If his mother never died, by the time Jerry did the political rally, rather than being a butterfly hopping himself inside a Jerry robot, he would have remained a caterpillar, still reliant on his mother. This implies that from caterpillar to butterfly he did not truly age significantly, but rather only doubled down on his villainy and remained the same age range throughout the entire story.
One possibility is Titus is a young child who does anything for power and as such pupates himself only for power, when in real life caterpillars pupate when their age is ready not when they want to obtain power unlike Titus' case, indicating he did not age to an adult when he became a butterfly. The more likely possibility, despite his immaturity and reliance on his mother, is that he is a grown woman who delayed pupation because of his unusually high intelligence as shown in his ability to build robots to reverse Hopper technology. He sounds like a woman rather than a child, especially in the English dub. International voice dubs who cast boys to voice him do so out of his resemblance to Glordon due to their lack of awareness indicating he is actually meant to be a female character. While he is reliant on his mother like a child and can be immature at times as well as bratty, it makes sense for him to be a grown woman given how genius he is in executing his plans, albeit impulsive and lacking awareness of his own lifespan. While pupation in real life is about growing from a childhood to adulthood, in Titus' case it is about power and Titus remains the same age throughout.
Though one iffy thing is that these actors no longer appear after he becomes the Insect King. How does this still make sense nevertheless? Let's find out.

Seen here, all the actors are male and they are different from the actors he had a monarch caterpillar. In a normal case where a young caterpillar (boy) becomes a butterfly (man), this makes sense. The main issue is that, as said earlier, it is heavily implied in the story, Titus is not a boy who went through puberty, but rather a grown woman.
First of all, as soon as he pupates himself into a butterfly, almost immediately instead of showing his butterfly form, only his shadow is shown, as almost immediately he hops himself onto the robotic clone of Jerry he forced scientists to engineer. It is only when he fully becomes the Jerry robot that he reintroduces himself. After he becomes the butterfly he even mocks male puberty, rather than truly showing his voice dropped, as shown when saying this quote he flamboyantly shows off his robot form as he mentions the word "man".
As he tries to adapt to the Jerry hopper body he finds it difficult, which is more reminiscent of a woman struggling her first time disguising herself as a male rather than a male disguising as a male, which is more boring than a woman disguising herself as a man given a woman disguising herself as a man allows her to defy gender norms and learn to adapt to a new environment more so than the latter. Especially as shown when he removes his tie claiming
"What is this... A TAIL for your NECK?! A true king would bear the lushness of its plumage for all to see!"
While it is often claimed that he is not aware that humans wear ties, this is not the case given he engineered this entire scheme to create the Jerry robot and as such he did know. The issue is not that he did not know humans wear ties it is that he is uncomfortable performing masculinity even if it ruins his disguise, which is why he does so nevertheless.
Later on, these actors who voiced his robot form do voice the butterfly rather than the previous actors who voiced the larval stage, but it is portrayed as if it only happened because he lost consciousness in the robot due to Mabel and Jerry's successful attempts to stop him from killing people at the rally. This implies, especially given almost immediately it becomes the robot again, that they only voiced the butterfly out of convenience and that while to the audience they do, in universe they do not.
Especially given as soon as the mask of the Jerry robot is destroyed, this clip reveals his voice glitches as if it were a robot, implying that prior to becoming the robot, Titus himself engineered a voice onto the robot rather than genuinely sounding like that when he became a butterfly. Him voicing the butterfly does not change that given its lack of screentime. If it had more screentime, the same actor who voiced his larval stage would've voiced both forms. If the robot voice genuinely was his, it would not have glitched due to the loss of the mask but rather talked normally like it did before.
Plus Titus almost certainly, needed to engineer a voice in the robot, even if he were indeed male. Titus and Mayor Jerry are not the same person, and different people, regardless of gender, almost certainly sound different. The chances they even sound similar is extremely low, and there is no indication that Titus and Jerry sound similar in any way, shape, or form. If Titus did not engineer a voice onto the robot to distinguish from his real voice, almost certainly, people would immediately have found out he was not Jerry due to the difference in voice sounds and he would not get away during the rally and be arrested before he could speak more in the rally.
What does this imply? This implies Dave Franco and the 49+ other actors who are listed as "Insect King" did not voice Titus but rather voiced his Robot Jerry form. While they voiced the monarch butterfly and not just the robot to the audience, in universe they clearly only voiced the robot. The reason they can voice his butterfly form to the audience despite it clearly not being the case in universe is because it lacks screentime. If it had more screentime, the same actors who voiced his larval stage would've appeared again to voice the butterfly like they did for the caterpillar phase. Especially given while in usual cases a boy would change his voice when he goes through puberty (as do girls albeit less), Titus is heavily implied to not go through normal puberty given he only pupated because of his mothers death not because he was ready. Through all of this, to sum up:
Eman Abdul-Razzak (and her counterparts) voiced Titus. Dave Franco (and his counterparts) was the voice for the Mayor Jerry robot rather than Titus. Just as Jon Hamm (and his counterparts) voiced the real Mayor Jerry Generazzo.
