luke castellans death is something i hold very very close to my heart

walker scobell and leah jeffries deserve every acting award ever for their portrayal in pjo. it doesn’t even feel like im watching a coming of age show about monsters and gods when they’re on the screen during heavy emotional moments. with that said i cannot wait for the future seasons when they’re older and the show matures because we’ll get to see walker and leah preform more intensely and emotionally (maturity wise) and it’ll crush my heart lol.

hate to admit this but Rachel Elizabeth Dare is NOT as aggervating as yall make it seem. girl risked her life for percy, ANNABETH, tyson, grover and to save a camp and gods she didn’t even know existed until percy told her. idc she’s a good character, a good person, and i didn’t mind her at all. she wasn’t insufferable, she wasn’t annoying. we all know deep down that percy would always choose annabeth at the end of the day, and in brutal honesty, nobody can compete with annabeth for his loyalty or love.

grover and tyson becoming besties and searching for pan together is deadass the cutest thing in the world. wdym yall willingly let those two goofballs run off together? they’re so silly lol i can’t wait to watch them being besties in the show.

i’m SO fucking scared to start reading the last olympian i’ve been putting it off for days. the battle of the labyrinth wasn’t my favorite pjo book…but the ending had me gasping, crying, and throwing up and im terrified for what the last olympian will give to me.

i’ll NEVER get over how traumatic loosing luke (not necessarily by death, but by kronos’ manipulation) was for annabeth. i feel like its lowkey not talked about enough. like okay they had romantic ties in the book (eugh) but platonically, it’s so sad. annabeth lost the one person she fully trusted, considered family, looked up to, and allowed herself to connect with on such a deeper level than typical sibling bonds at the ripe age of twelve. then she continued vouching for him, defending him, having hope, and loving him despite his betrayal and the pain he caused her because he was her older brother and her father figure!?!?! annabeth is so dear to me😖

it makes me SICK to my stomach knowing we’ll get the pjo battle of the labyrinth season and i’ll eventually have to see my misunderstood baby luke castellan’s body being a literal vessel for kronos.

annabeth still having hope of saving luke even after he manipulated her into holding up the sky for 22 hours…. my poor girl.
