What i have learned in module 7 is all about writing, that writing is a medium of human communication that involve the representation of a language with written symbols. And language are systems of symbols: writing is a system for symbolizing the symbols. Writing system those are alphabets, graphemics, handwriting, idiogram, language and letter. Also the writing as an act of composing text. In this module taught me the process of writing the first is pre-waiting, where in this stage you plan what you are going to write and the next is drafting, in this stage you start with a working thesis and then write your ideas in sentences and paragraphs. Third is revising, in this stage focus on large scale and lastly in process of writing is editing and proofreading, this only focus on a smaller scale. The last topic in this module is about blog that i learned.

What I have learned in module 6 is the forms and types of Creative Nonfiction. The difference between autobiography and biography, and the difference between journal and diary. This chapter help me to understand more about letter, and a narrative written from the perspective of the author, about important part of their life is called "Memoir". This module introduce to me the Literary Journalism/Reportage that type of journalism that provides a readable and vivid account, with all essential details. The difference between reflection essay and testimonio essay and lastly the travelogue, it is the story of the experiences encountered by someone while touring a place for pleasure of travel.

What I have learned in module 5 is all about tips in short story, or hack to improve my creative writing, and the first tips is "Get started: Emergency tips", this tips can surely help you when you are in hurry in writing. The second tips write a catchy first paragraph, third is developing characters, fourth is choose a point of view, there a 3types of POV, the first one is "1st person","2nd person",and last is the " 3rd person. Five tips is dialogue, six tips is use setting and context. Seven tips is create conflict and tension. Nine tips is build to a crisis or climax and lastly the ten tips is find resolution.

What I have learned in module 4 is about the truth and creativity in creative nonfiction. I learned that factual is important because in writing creative nonfiction you must be honest and truthful. Non factual is based on imagination of the writer to make a creative works, the writer change some part in the original piece to make it interesting, and the last one is the Non Fiction Contract, which it is "part of writing nonfiction making a commitment to telling the truth".

What I learned in module 3 is what is the nature and characteristics of creative nonfiction, and the elements of creative nonfiction, those elements are Characters are persons, animals and other things that live in the story. Setting is the physical location and time of a story. Plot refers to the strings of event present in the narrative. Point of view is the narrator’s way of telling the story. Conflict is the struggle of the pre-eminent character with other characters or forces of the story. Theme is a recurring social or psychological issue, like aging, violence, alienation or maturity. Irony is the use of words to convey opposite of their literary meaning. Dialogue is the exchange of ideas of the characters in a narrative. Figures of Speech refers to the language to create images in the reader’s mind such as simile, metaphor and apostrophe. Symbol is such an object that represents grander qualities and ideas, such as dove as a symbol of peace and rose as a symbol of love. Symbolism refers to the use of symbols to represent ideas and qualities. Angle refers to the specific or particular standpoint from which the narrative is told.

What I learned in module 2 is how to analyze and interpret the theme and techniques used in a particular text. Create samples of the different literary elements based on one’s experience (e.g., metaphor to describe an emotion). I also learned about the elements of fiction which are the characters are persons, animals and other things that make the story alive, setting basically refers to the time and place of the narrative. It also includes the set and background of the story or play. Plot refers to the strings of event present in the narrative. Point of view is the narrator’s way of telling the story. Conflict is struggle of the pre-eminent character with other characters or forces of the story. Theme is the subject of the story. Poetry is an art form that uses figurative languages such as simile and metaphor. Drama is an art form that is usually done on stage. Fiction is an art form that usually uses the ordinary language. Short story and novel are examples of fiction and the last one is dialogue is the exchange of ideas of the characters in a fiction.

What I learned in module 1 is all about defining and distinguished the major literary genres, compare and contrast the use of literary elements in different sample genres, and cooperate and participate to complete the exercises. I also learned about Literature is an art form, usually written. It includes prose and poetry and Fiction uses ordinary language that depicts significant human. It has its elements such character, setting, plot, and point-of-view. Its kinds are short stories and novels. Poetry uses figurative language. It may be lyric, narrative or dramatic, drama refers to a life story of actors and actresses, usually is performed on a stage and lastly the Other literary genres are speeches, diary entries, memoirs, etc.
