on 7th July 2018 I took this 8 piece band and narrator into Edinburgh studio, the Music Box and recorded our show 'From T-Bone to Trucks'. 13 tracks showcasing the music of the greats of electric blues guitar. Chuffed to be part of the Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival this year, two gigs in one day after a 6 day run at the Fringe with my T-Bone show.. gonna need my porridge that week! Took delivery of the new Motability car today.. automatic 2L Diesel, got plenty nip oh aye.. and a Harmon Kaardon sound system.. keep reaching for the clutch but ! I’ll get used to it.. but in all honesty it doesn’t mean anything, was just saying to a friend, cars aren’t important, people are! And I’ve got some good friends, all I need is a burd and I’ll be rocking. But talking of material goods, THIS THING! An Indian head massager given to me as a gift. Oh. My. God. I’m renaming it the orgasmitron! I’m surprised they don’t sell it in Ann Summers ken. My pal used it on me whilst driving, I almost hit the kerb lol (at Eastern BMW)

Great night tonight watching The Blues Band at The Queen’s Hall, Edinburgh. Bumped into this fella in the break, had a familiar voice, sure I’ve heard him before somewhere hehe. Very kind of Paul to mention our show this Saturday at Bar Brig to the packed out crowd. Top bloke for all he’s done for the blues and some great soulful playing and singing from these guys tonight.
