ICE made a decision to order all international students whose universities are online to leave the country or risk facing immigration consequences and getting deported which essentially means that students will have to decide between leaving the US or risk their health. many countries don’t even have their borders open and some people may not even have places to go so please sign this petition which requests that international students get the option to finish their degrees and remain in the USA

any mention of black lives matter has disappeared off my dashboard so i thought y'all might want to know that police stormed a peaceful vigil in memory of elijah mcclain, attacking mourners with pepper spray. families were there. children were affected. this movement isnt over just because it's no longer trendy.

be healthily sensitive. tell them you're hurt when you're hurt. describe what hurt you. no silent treatment and passive aggressiveness. be honest. don't compromise your emotion. don't bottle it up. weigh the issue. understand and maybe, forgive.

Growing up butch is so difficult. Even as a child, the people around you know there’s just something different about you. Adults don’t tell you what’s different about you, because sometimes even they don’t know themselves. But they notice how vehemently you contest wearing bows and dresses, how drawn you are to masculinity even as a concept. As you get older you start to notice that there’s something seperating you from the other girls, something fundamentally different about you that keeps you from really connecting with them. And then there’s this deep fear when you finally do realize, this oh fuck moment, when you realize that you can never be like those other girls because there’s this undeniable masculinity inside of you that you can’t hide, and those girls will never understand how or why you feel that way.

I wish people feared their sons being pedophiles, rapist, or being abusive as much as they fear them being gay
