From SICILY, Gela to derrones ( north Macedon ) carried same coins objects and symbols!! Is it because of greeks culture ? Or local kings were imitating greeks coins or because of common beliefs . As we see

Julia Domna was the wife of Roman Emperor Septimius Severus and the mother of co-emperors Caracalla and Geta. She was a highly influential and intellectual empress, known for her political acumen and patronage of the arts and philosophy. Julia Domna issued three documented types of coins for the Roman mint. These types prominently feature different divine and symbolic figures on the reverse side, often used for political and propagandistic purposes.
These coin types were issued mainly during the reign of Septimius Severus and Caracalla (193–217 AD) and served to spread imperial ideology through widely circulated coinage.
