i saw a super cute photo of one of @tundratails dogs and i couldn’t resist doing a study of finch! (hope you don’t mind that i drew him! ^^;)

i definitely post more on instagram, but it’s mostly because i have more time to do traditional art/sketches rather than digital work

i’ve been pretty dissatisfied with my coloring techniques and the like with digital stuff, so i’m just going to work on it for now. i based this off a sketch i posted on my insta because i was feeling really lazy about making some new lineart heh. 

i’ve been trying to find the Optimal Brush Setting (tm) for my lineart but it’s been a struggle. the one brush i used to use almost exclusively in PS isn’t a thing for clip studio and finding a good replacement has been annoying. 

i’m still feeling super frustrated with my tablet/software since i’m still retransitioning from mostly working traditionally, so that’s also something i’m trying to move past hehe

this began as a figure study but evolved past that, as usual lol. i definitely headcanon that pharah wears boxers. 

i sketched some cats from my cat tag and they looked a little empty, so i colored them with palettes from some of my mweors. 

i actually haven’t read her comics and probably wouldn’t have heard of her if she hadn’t been on the list of suggestions for today’s prompt, but i skimmed through her wookiepedia page and she seems super cool. i’m probably going to see if i can find her comics sometime.
