You know maybe not everything needs a diagnosis maybe I just like having my pulse ox monitor next to me and calculating how long it would take an ambulance to reach any given location and making sure someone knows my whereabouts at all times and making sure every single room I'm in has a place it would be socially acceptable for me to throw up if I had to throw up. And sitting dead still in a room making sure I'm not dying after poking my finger on something outside (could be wild fentanyl needle) and never smoking weed or cigarettes I didn't see come out of sealed packaging (even this doesn't really help because of course at the factories there are bad actors sprinkling fent in at only the specific parts of the joint which I would smoke so it wouldn't affect anyone else just me cause I got the fentanyl grain)
