been watching My Lady Jane and I gotta say, this show is my kind of ridiculous

The chemistry between Jane and Guildford in My Lady Jane makes me want to eat my fucking fist

gotta say I loved the protective bond of the Dudleys for Guildford, like for once a show didn’t have it be the jealous brother archetype in Stan or the dad kicking Guildford out, they both loved him, protected him and fought for him to succeed, what an awesome trio

god i’m so obsessed with jane and guildford both experiencing the “holy fuck i cannot believe my luck” after they’re married is so excellent. she fights him in the woods and he married her for her brain and they’re so horny for each other and the whole time they’re both just a little in shock that an arranged marriage could go THIS well for them.

one of my favorite things about my lady jane, it proved that having couples be married and in love doesn’t make the plot boring
