It’s been over 2 years since I’ve been here the last time. So much changed in my life and I’m once again in need of help.
I’ve gained weight in last year and want to loose it till summer is both most efficient and healthy way.
I’m gonna post a lot here, both about my diet, workouts, activities and thoughts, dreams, struggles.
I made huge progress with my mia, but got little relapse lately, about what I also wanna talk about.
