Anathema

I unleashed this curse on a specific family member that hates me because of my gender identity, sexuality, and everything I am.

They have caused me so much pain, this curse is basically granting them the pain I’ve felt for years.

Materials:

Paper

Scissors

Pen

Needle/nail/pin

Lighter or matches

Fire proof dish or surface

1. Cut out a paper doll and

Write the name of your target

Verbalize:

“When you reject a child,

Don’t expect them to forgive so easily.”

2. Think of/remember a moment they brought you pain

3. Rip an arm of the paper doll

Verbalize:

“When you disown a child, you don’t have a right to their respect.”

4. Remember another moment where they brought you pain

5. Rip a leg off the paper doll

Verbalize:

“Yes you built a shelter

But you also carved fear into their heart,

Yes you built a shelter

But within this shelter you tore them apart.”

6. Pierce the paper doll in the chest/heart

Verbalize:

“The price of inflicting pain is feeling it too.”

7. Remember another moment they hurt you

Verbalize:

“When you mistreat a child,

Do not be surprised when they burn down the prison you built to cage them.”

8. Set the doll on fire and watch it burn

Verbalize:

“The price of inflicting pain is feeling it too.”

(From my experience the actions following a curse should always be to bring peace to yourself, comfort yourself or to release any left over anger.

Barista: Welcome to Starbucks, home of delicious, what deliciousness can I put in motion for you today?

Customer: … Can I get a trenta pink drink please?

Barista: Go big or go home, we here at Starbucks appreciate your commitment, what else can I get started for you?

Barista: Brave of you to commit to staying awake for three days, anything else today?

Barista: *slams open drive-thru window* HI HOW ARE YOU?

Customer: …I’m pretty good.

Barista: Are you ready to be even better? Because you’re about to be. *hands them their coffee*

Barista, realizing that a drink was made wrong: *slams open window* SO how do you feel about surprises?

Customer: ….they’re okay.

Barista: Great because I’m about to give you one.

Barista: You have two drinks so I am going to hand you two straws which means, FANTASTIC news, these straws double as drumsticks. / You have one drink so I am going to hand you one straw and, promise not to tell anyone, this straw doubles as a magic wand.

Barista: Here are those cake pops, I plucked them fresh from the tree myself.

Barista: *slams open window, holding drink* Amazing, fantastic, delicious, you are a very lucky man/woman!

Barista, realizing drink is being delayed or remade: Looks like it’s gonna be just one minute so they have time to put the extra love in.

Barista: I’ll be with you in one hot second. *beat* WOW that second sure was hot!

A spell meant to protect an object, being, or space from being seen by certain people; a spell to have an object inside your home go unnoticed by creating a barrier across your threshold. 

Items & Ingredients: 

Black chime candle with holder

Dragon’s blood oil 

Carving tool 

Mortar & pestle

Chili powder

Chili flakes

Cayenne pepper

Black pepper

Black salt

Small jar

Instructions: 

Performed in the hour of Saturn on the night of the dark moon.

Inscribe on the candle “prying eyes cannot see” while focusing on the object or space you want to keep hidden

Anoint the candle with Dragon’s blood oil and place in its holder - light the candle 

Combine the ingredients in your mortar and proceed to grind into a powder - for this particular spell, the powder doesn’t need to be finely ground 

As you grind up your ingredients, repeat the inscription carved into the candle aloud: “prying eyes cannot see”

Add the powder to a jar and seal - set the jar in front of the candle as it burns down completely

I happened to use a jar whose lid has a chalkboard surface, so I drew the symbol of Saturn on the top of the jar in chalk
