did you even watch the anime? Did you even read the manga? The a huge point of the show is that everyone is deeply flawed and traumatized and how that often leads to them hurting each other. But trauma doesn’t excuse abuse. Most abusers were abused at one point themselves, thats why its called the cycle of abuse. but you don’t care. You can only accepy one very narrow version of reality, and if anything contradict it, your first primitive animal instinct is to attack the person because they make you feel threatened.
