Amyas Gothique nasce da una passione smisurata per la moda vittoriana, la femminilità dei corsetti, l'eleganza dei cilindri, di pizzi e merletti. Confeziono e modifico abbigliamento e accessori gotici-vittoriani. Questo stile è molto spesso associato, erroneamente all'esternazione di un malessere interiore, non è propriamente vero. Mal interpretato, io lo definirei invece, lo stile classico per eccellenza, che prende ispirazione da riferimenti e influenze storico-culturali, soprattutto nel periodo romantico del XIX secolo, in particolare, dell'età vittoriana. Sicuramente uno stile molto discusso ai giorni nostri, ma non per questo risultato di poca classe, anzi, in pochi hanno la capacità di indossare questi abiti senza sfiorare il grottesco. Abbigliamento di "nicchia" che vivamente mi auguro rimanga tale, in segno di distinzione caratteriale.
