L U N C H 😋 a big beautiful bowl of pesto kale salad and tomato shells 💛 Iv been loving my cooked lunches lately, (and its so peaceful eating while Rowdy is having his nap 👏) cooked lunches are satisfying me more than having a smoothie a salad or just fruit at this time in my pregnancy.. #19weeks I’m Just going with the flow of what the bod wants. If you want to eat more kale but are struggling just wash and cut it up fine and massage it with lemon juice and cracked pepper and a tiny bit of salt to soften it, I added a teaspoon of pesto to this salad and massaged it into the greens along with lime juice and its oh so yummy! When I eat kale I just get this all mighty fresh energy, perfect digestion and glow ✨ I just love it! #feelthelean
