cstellosâ:
the buzzing in his head that comes from too many uppers and not enough movement is in full swing right now and heâs wandered off on his own. the cabin is empty â everyoneâs at one of the parties, though he supposes theyâll be back soon enough. he runs a hand over one of the walls, trying to zone into the texture and temperature of the surface, let it refresh him somehow. thatâs what he needs. he needs to wake up and fall asleep all at once. he thinks maybe a cold shower might help, and is on his way to take one when he passes the room he saw amethyst choose. and itâs a terrible idea. cruel, honestly. fucking pointless. still, heâs so good at ignoring his conscience when heâs like this. its protests fall on deaf ears as he takes the pillows off her bed â heâs pretty sure sheâs got silk sheets, for fuckâs sake â and takes them outside. he draws little faces on them in thick black marker for no real reason. one of the faces sort of looks like amethyst. he tries to add to the resemblance and ends up detracting from it; now it looks a lot more like betty white. heâs about to return the pillows to amethystâs bed, but he puts his hands in his pockets â theyâre a little cold, for some reason â and one of them closes around his lighter. heâd read an article in some fire safety journal on pillow burning rates once. it comes to mind now as he takes out his pocket knife, slicing one of them open. he remembers what the paper said about polyurethane foam better than he remembers how well feathers burned, and it sure as fuck didnât say shit about silk. he takes one of the feathers out and puts it to flame. it burns up quickly enough. the silk, though, isnât flammable at all. he walks around to the back of the cabin, choosing a spot where thereâs more dirt than grass and tries yet again to light the first of the pillows, going from the bottom so that once the silkâs been burnt straight through, the feathersâll take over. itâs a long and arduous process, which is to say it requires standing there flicking the lighter on every time the little flame goes out for about five minutes. once thatâs done, he lights the pillow in a few other places to really get the fire going. the buzzing in his head is still there but it always feels more bearable when heâs destroying inanimate objects. he moves onto the second pillow. itâs when both resemble little funeral pyres that he finally steps back to admire his handiwork, flicking his lighter on and off simply because he needs something to do with his hands right now. itâs also when he hears footsteps coming âround the side of the cabin. @amethystdonahueâ
Her feet were hurting from her heels and from the amount she had drank after being unsure she was totally sober from the night before, it was time for Amethyst to head to her own cottage. She stumbled as she walked, her heels hanging on her fingers. Once she reached the entrance, she leaned against the railing of the stairs, trying to sober up enough to make it the rest of the way to her room. While she was stopped, a whiff of smoke caught her nose. Her eyebrows furrowed at she stood up straight. She turned her head in either direction, but there was no fire. Scratching the top of her head, she followed the scent of smoke until she came upon Will burning things. âDonât you have anything better to do?â She let out. It took her a moment, but the sight of the silk pink pillow case hanging half way out of the fire made her realize what he was actually doing. âWhat the fuck?!â She stumbled closer to the other, giving him a push once she reached him. âWhy would you do this?â She looked up at him, her expression showing anger. âYeah, I fucked over your brother, but it was years ago!â It came with another push. âYou asshole!â
Amethyst had ditched the party and wandered off to explore the town more. She found herself at a local bar. It was one of the best places to go when she wanted a bit of a banter with a stranger. Her fingertip was twirling around the brim of her glass, her hand in her chin as she listen to some man go on about his brand new business. She tuned out of the conversation half way in. Instead, someone else had caught her eye. His back was turned from her, but she knew his type without having to see him fully. An idea popped into her mind as she stared. The stranger would be the perfect one to upset her father. She could have some fun all while making her father mad. Though she wasnât going to walk up to him herself, she had to wait until the other would initiate. With a sigh, she turned to the boring brood that was still talking. Amethyst put on a fake smile and reached out to touch the manâs hand, hoping that the other stranger was watching. | @liighter
judehaywardâ:
âRight. Uh⌠Thanks for the advice. Gonna do the opposite. Gonna invest in a fuckinâ⌠turtleneck and mittens,â Jude replied. In reality, he was actually waiting on Teddy, not sunbathing, but Jude had a habit of lying simply for his own amusement, spinning tall tales from nothing. Once, heâd informed somebody he was a horse riding champion in complete deadpan â it wasnât until he started talking about how taxing it was on his haunches that they realised he meant heâd competed as the horse, not the jockey. âDonât objectify my, uh⌠man meat, maâam. I am not your whore,â he got out in monotone, gaze lifting again to find hers only to be greeted by an ass bent in his face, expression blank. Admittedly, he did look, but he hardly seemed impressed. Any result was unreadable on his features â he reached out to take the lotion from her before answering. âAlright,â came simply, flicking up the cap with his thumb. Aiming it at her like a wizard might a wand at the start of a duel, Jude gave it as firm a squeeze as possible, all at once, air expelled in a burst like the worldâs most outrageous fart â lotion fired out, practically by the gallons, splattering a massive glob across her stomach. âThere you go,â came as he capped it again, tossed to land on the lounger besides her. âYouâre welcome.â
âGood luck sweating, then.â Her eyes rolled at the other, as she thought she was only offering help. She watched as Jude took the bottle from her hand and open it. She settled in the lounge chair preparing to be rubbed down by the other. Though it was the complete opposite. Before she could say anything, the lotion was squirted onto her stomach. It caused her to throw her hands up and her mouth to open. A gasp escaped through her open mouth. She rubbed her hand over the excess lotion and swiped it onto the ground. âChristâs sake!â She let out, her head jolting so she could look at the other. âI asked for help, not to be super soakered with tanning lotion.â She took another handful of the excess lotion and threw it against Judeâs shirt. An innocent smile formed upon her lips as she shrugged her shoulders. âOops?â Amethyst rubbed in the remaining lotion, using it on her whole body since there was more than enough. She was as slick as a thanksgiving turkey. âDonât get any more ideas.â She let out before laying back on the lounger. âWeâre even.â
Amethyst, dressed in all green to show what her status was, stood just outside of the crowd. She had been intertwined with the crowd since she had arrived and needed a refreshment. In order to keep partying, she knew she had to drink a bit of water before continuing. She brought the bottle of water to her lips to take a drink, her hips swaying and her head bopping to the beat. The strobes made it hard to tell who anyone was, but that didnât stop the girl from socializing. Without turning her head to the other, she spoke. âHaving fun?â She smiles brightly, finally turning to the other. âGod, Iâm living for these parties.â | @freyatm

Amethyst wasnât the best at the game, especially as a fugitive, but somehow thatâs where she ended up. Her preference would have been a rider, but she wasnât lucky. It was a good thing she switched in her heels for a pair of white sneakers. At the okay, Amethyst look off running in no particular destination, a few ran in the same direction, but mostly everyone split up. The red head wore black, in hopes it would help her cover herself in dark shadows as she ran. She panted as she ran, her eyes scanning everywhere for cover. She looked around her like an actual fugitive would trying to stay out of sight. To rest, she found an alleyway that had no light and a dumpster to hide behind. âShit.â She whispered to herself when she saw a pair of head lights pass the alley. It wasnât long before they would turn down and find her. She took off again, the only noise heard in the alley was the stomp of her feet. | @domfm
Her head was spinning, the sun was bright, but she needed to rest before the next big party. Amethyst laid out by the pool, sunglasses on and eyes closed to shield them from the blistering sun. She didnât want to be inside, though. A sigh escaped through her lips as her forearm raised to her forehead. Her eyes opened soon enough to see a figure walking by. The girl sat up. âHey!â She let out, trying to get the otherâs attention. âYou have any hangover remedies?â She questioned, her hand shielding her face from the sun. âIf I am going to keep going to the parties, Iâm gonna need it.â | @rosemaryfm
The red head has stepped away from the crowd to get some air. She wasnât overwhelmed with the party, but between the dancing and alcohol, she had started to get hot and she didnât want to start sweating and ruin her makeup. Her eyes found a familiar face, someone she had been sharing the cottage with. âScared to join the fun or taking a break from it?â She questioned, bringing the brim of her cup to her lips. The liquid stung on its way down her throat, gaining a scrunch of her face. âNeed a dance partner?â Her head tilted to the side, a flirtatious smile fell on her glossed lips. âContrary to popular belief, I donât bite.â A giggle escaped her lips. | @tomislavmedovic
Neon green wasnât her first pick of color to wear, but it was a traffic light party and she was, in fact, very single. Her choice would have been emerald green, but she didnât want to wear such dark colors, she wanted to be seen. Amethyst was in the middle of the crowd, the bass bumping through her body, her hands in the air as she jumped like the others around her. A bright smile occupied her lips. Between the alcohol and molly, she had no care. Amethyst had bumped into someone in the mist of jumping around. Without even bothering to care who it was, her arms wrapped around their neck. Her hips swayed against them to the beat, letting anything but herself have control over her. âDo I look pretty? Be honest.â She let out a giggle. | @viktcrr

BONFIRE PARTY âł amethyst donahue lookbook
hcpcrsâ:
Brows raised when Amethyst spoke, nails drumming the sides of the bowl, feeling her jaw clench and cheeks nearly flush in embarrassment, the comment made her feel like she was thirteen again and living with foster parents in the upper east side. The families who saw her as a charity case, used her to make them feel better, to gain compliments from their peers. Amethyst reminded her of the jealous foster sisters from those homes, who made snide comments about her clothes, her hair, how thick her accent was⌠nothing but spoiled little princesses. Harper bit the inside of her cheek while taking in the last thing that left the pretty redheadâs mouth, humming softly to herself as she nods, âShit really? A fine?â Her tone suggested concern as she let out a sigh, looking at the bowl, âThen I better not tell them that you broke the bowl huh?â It was petty, the comment made may not have even meant to come off as condescending as it did, but Harper wasnât one to think before she acted, tossing the bowl gently in Amethystâs direction and smiling brightly when it shattered at her feet, âOh shit, good thing itâs the least expensive thing here though I guess?â
Amethyst nodded, her arms crossing against her chest. She had expected Harper to leave the bowl in itâs place, she was definitely not expecting the bowl to end up at her feet. However, it didnât phase her, she stepped back from the shattered ceramic, her blue hues fixated on it. She couldnât help but to let out a snicker. âYou really think that youâd get a reaction out of me from that?â Her head tilted so her attention was back on Harper. âIâve done much worse than blame someone for breaking a stupid bowl.â Her eyebrows raised. âBut nice try. Iâll give you an A for effort?â Her tone was mimicking. Amethyst wasnât intimidated. Her head tilted to the side, a sympathetic look upon her expression. âI pity you.â
monet-jonesâ:
âWhyâd I let you dress me for this.â Monetâs sigh is heavy and dramatic, unlike her actual personality. It wasnât necessarily a big deal, but wearing a little less just left room for eyes to roam every exposed curve and make her uncomfortable. She finally turned to face her, hands on her hips as she leaned to one side almost instinctively. âAlso havinâ a party literally everyday seems a little overkill to me, I donât know.â @amethystdonahueâ
âBecause you knew it was good for you.â Amethyst flashed the other a toothy grin. âBesides, you look great!â The red head exclaimed her hands motioning up and down Monetâs body. She rolled her eyes, her freshly manicured hand grabbed Monetâs. âIt would be overkill if it was the same theme everyday.â Amethyst pulled the other behind her, finally reaching the middle of the crowd. âDo I need to get you a drink for you to loosen up? I donât party with debby downers.â The girl shifted her weight onto one leg. âDonât test me. I will leave you right here and go find fun.â
blueferreiraâ:
âHey! You made it!â Blue smiled brightly as she crossed the short distance to Amethyst, beaming as she dustsed off some of the glitter sheâd had coated on her. The traffic light party was in full swing, and of course the cottage sheâd been staying in would come to host it. The bass line of the song made it difficult to have any type of conversation, the young girl having to lean in just to make sense of any words the other said. âWanna get a drink?â Her smile stayed clear on cherry coated lips, pursing them enthusiastically. @amethystdonahueâ
Amethyst grinned as her eyes found a familiar face. The strobes had made it hard to actually see, however she managed to spot Blue out. Her hand fell on the girlâs shoulder as she spoke. âOf course!â She let out, eager to finally get the party started for herself. Amethystâs hand slid down Blueâs arm, her delicate fingers intertwining with the otherâs. She turned on her heel, leading the way to the drinks. âSurprise me.â Her hand motioned toward all the different beers and liquors.Â
tyler-jacksonâ:
âThey shouldâve had paint at this thing.â Tyler sighs as she blows a few curls from her eyes, glancing around the room without amusement at the dress code. Even she had to adhere to it, but just plain white wasnât something she really vibed with. âIâm about five minutes away from reenacting White Chicksââand iâve got plenty of quotes memorized so I could just do this all night. Didnât anybody tell you this is an all white party? Iâm gonna have a bf? @amethystdonahueâ
âPaint?â She questioned. âNo.â Her tone was stern as her eyes directed down her body, looking at her outfit. âIâd rather not have this outfit get ruined. It probably costs more than it did for this party to be put together.â Amethyst didnât watch many movies in her life, especially comedy, so the reference went over her head. âI donât know what that is supposed to mean.â With a shrug, she took a drink from her cup, her eyes scanning the room. âHow about we dance instead?â The girl raised her eyebrows, her eyes glued on the many sweaty bodies clumped in a crowd.

Legs kicked up on a sun lounger, Jude had the sticker of a yellow smiley face on the front of his t-shirt â contradicting the beam, font beneath it read âI HOPE I CRASH AND DIEâ. It was actually a bumper sticker heâd stolen from a store front down the market street, oddly endeared by it, cynicism considered. When a figure crossed his source of sun, casting a shadow, Jude squinted up in an effort to register the face attached. He wasnât sure if she was trying to speak to him or if sheâd just dawdled that way. âFuckinâ⌠rolling a boulder right in front of my cave. Iâm Christ⌠imprisoned. You, uh⌠Could you move to the left, a bit, maâam? Trying to become a fuckinâ⌠bronze goddess, from Malibu. Very serious about my craft.â @amethystdonahueâ
Amethyst, tanning lotion and towel in hand, had been on her way to the pool. Of course, she wasnât planning on swimming, she couldnât mess up the blow out she had gotten before leaving for the trip. The red head had to always look her best, something her mom had engraved in her head. âYour life may be a mess, but you always have to present yourself as if you have it all together.â And a tan would only add to it. Her heels clanked against the masonry that surrounded the pool as she strolled upon a fellow tanner. His shirt caught her eye, earning a shake of her head. Her eyes found his through her sunglasses. âLittle bit of advice?â She started. âDitch the shirt for a full body tan. Youâre going to work up a mean farmerâs tan with the sleeves blocking half your arm.â Amethyst shrugged. âAnd Iâm sure itâd be a lot more fun to look at.â A smile formed on her glossed lips. Amethyst turned, placing her lotion and phone on the small table next to the lounge chairs. The girl bent down to lay her towel down on the chair, hoping to gain a pair of eyes on her backside. When she was done flaunting herself and giving the other a show, she sat down, grabbing her tanning lotion. âWanna help?â She asked, her tone innocent, not acknowledging her previous actions.Â
