I suppose an introductions of sorts would be warranted at this point.  I’m Li Nian Zhen and I am a returning student to Brightwood.  I was granted some time away from my studies and soulmate search here to care for a family matter in Beijing where I hail from.  Technically I’d be a sixth year student I guess.  I see some familiar faces from before, and some new faces too.  Come say hello either way, I’m in Melwood Hall.  I like to cook, but it’s more for fun than anything.  I like to dance, and I can play a handful of instruments.  

I’ve noticed you around campus, and I’ve seen you on the dash. Hi, I’m Amelia Robling. You probably know my brother, Emmett. He directed the musical.

I have a proposition that I believe at least a few of you might be interested in. I’ve been talking about opening up a boxing club for quit some time, and I believe there is no better time to open the floor for that. I’ll call it Fight Club, because I will be employing the teachings of multiple martial arts and I may also introduce weaponry at a future date. Anyone that is interested can meet me in the gym on Tuesday.

With the Pet Fair underway, I want to offer myself up to anyone who wants assistance picking their perfect companion. I have the gift of Zoolingualism, so I can communicate with each animal at the Fair! I’d be more than happy to help everyone who would like a little more time and information with and about all of your new friends!

First I thought maybe I might get a raccoon, but I fed the raccoons at home so that’s a comfort pet but I could say I’ve had them before. Then I thought a dog, because I haven’t had any of those. Or a cat. Those strays were less friendly, oddly enough. Then I thought maybe a frog or an iguana. Or a bearded dragon.

It is, then again I’m pretty biased. You could come see for yourself. Now you’re making me feel special Amelia. I’ll leave the door open for you, even if you just want to observe for the first meeting. There is, some of it not so hot but…You get what you get I guess. I am for sure, Madison is playing Sandy. I wouldn’t miss that for the whole world. I know you’ll be there, your brother is directing right?

Biased is okay, I can deal with biased. I could, I think I will. I’ll see you there. I’ll be there for the play too, Emmett is directing. Yeah, he’s my big brother. He’s the best in the business, anyone that misses this production is going to be real sorry. They can eat shit, though. It’ll be their own fault.

I’ll trust you on that. Yeah, I’m happy to go with you. Thanks, I like my ass how it is. Quiet? You might be the only person on the planet who thinks that about this place. That’s better than not I guess. I liked your first day dress. It was very pretty. 

You better. Thank you, I wanted to go so I really needed a partner. I bet you do, so it’s a good thing you were wonderful. Is that so? Why is that? Oh, thank you. It’s my favorite. Emmett sent money home for it the week of my birthday, so I could get something nice. I wanted to show up in my best, we don’t have much but there’s only one first day in a new place. I felt like a princess.

I’ll go on and agree there, Emmett is one of the best directors I have ever had the pleasure of working under. Props to him. You’re his little sister right?

You’d better, or we’d have to fight. I am, yeah. He’s the best. The drama department is lucky to have him.

Emmett: Aim! Don't you ever thank me for that, you know I will any day at any time. I'm so glad you're feeling better. I was so worried about you. It is, I know. It's a different world out here, Aim. But I've got you.

Emmett: How are you feeling about everything, really?

Amelia: Eim! I know, but I still wanted to. I know that not *all* brothers are as good to their sisters as you are, I want you to know that I appreciate you and all the stuff you do for me. I'm feeling better, you don't have to worry. It really is, I know you do though. You won't let me get hurt.

Emmett: /Amelia Louise/! Why didn't you text me /immediately/ when you got sick? I'm coming to get you, you aren't staying in a dorm while you're sick. I'll take care of you, just like always. Big Brother is coming.

Emmett: Aim, you aren't sick are ya?

There is a o going on around here right now, but I want to stick my foot in the door and remind everyone that I have updated the times for the Art Club’s meetings. From now on we’ll be meeting in the art studio on Fridays from 4:00-5:00. I’ll probably be heading to the studios early, right after classes let out for anyone who might want to stop by and talk about anything, or work on anything early. 

Art club could be fun. I haven’t looked at anything else yet and I know I gotta skitty on that. There’s a lot going on around here. Are you going to the play next weekend? You should. Be there or be square. 

I’m aware everyone is preoccupied with the fuckfest that is about to happen this weekend, but I’m here to remind everyone to get excited for the production of Grease next weekend. All the performers have worked our asses off to make this a good show, hope to see you all there. 

My brother is going to make this show the best it can be, so of course I’ll be there. Anyone that would miss an Emmett Robling production is a shit-brained idiot.

That’s not a bad plan at all Amelia. It would be good for you to get involved and it would give you the chance to meet some more people. Your brother won’t try to beat my ass though right? Emmett is too awesome for me to want to think about having to fight. How has your first week been?

You’re right, which is why I want to go. He knows we both need partners to go, I’ll tell him not to kick your ass and I’m sure you’ll be fine. It’s been good. Quiet, but good.

If anyone still needs a partner for this weekend you can send me a message. I wouldn’t mind going but needing a partner is preventing that. In case I’m not able to attend I hope everyone has a good time, and you’ll find me on the track.

My brother raised me. He’s a few years older than me and probably the most hard-working person I’ve ever met. Because of him, I’ve always been able to be and do whoever and whatever I want to be without consequence. Our mom is great, even if she isn’t really around. She has to work to keep the house up, I bet it’s a nice break having both of us out of the house for a while, since we have to be here.
