For many years now Monday has always been "weigh day". I check my weight, body fat, and lean % to keep myself in check. The first Monday of every month I throw in some extra measurements. So I know how important it is to track your stats to determine if your effort is paying off. I've got my stats down and ready to go for my 100 days of fun coming up next week! Had to say goodbye to Gibson today after 10 great years with him. His stomach twisted and there was nothing we could really do for him. He's been going downhill for the last couple years.
