A lazy smile graces Selena’s lips at the sound of his laugh, finding the sound to be soothing and exciting all at the same time. Her hand slides away too as she stands up in one graceful movement, out from under the silly little spell he seems to have cast on her. Metaphorically, she has to remind herself from time to time that magic is in fact real and she must be careful with her phrasing. “Of course I remember, it hasn’t been that long since I’ve made you tea.”
It doesn’t take very long for her to make the tea; their kettle heats up quite fast on the stove, and she’d gotten used to making tea for the two of them even if it has been a tad bit. Before long, she’s walking back to the couch, carefully balancing their two teacups. She sets Fenrir’s down in front of his before taking her seat and cupping her own tea in her hands, taking a small sip and closing her eyes. “Mmm. Tea here is so much better than regular-I mean, muggle tea.”
That gentle laugh was quickly met with a smirk, amusement filling him as his eyes returned to Selena, watching her get up; lingering possibly a bit too long once again, but who could really blame him? Only a blind fool would be able to ignore her beauty. “ Long enough for me to feel the need to remind you, I can’t remember the last time I allowed myself to relax --- or to have a drink that didn’t continue some strain of alcohol. “ Fenrir thanks her as she returns, taking his cup with a small nod of appreciation. His large hands fold around the warm drink, taking in the warmth of it before lifting it to his lips, taking a sip. “ I enjoy both, but there is definitely something different about tea that is crafted from a wizard’s hand, magical ingredients or not. “ He ponders over it, never really considering the difference between the two worlds beverages until that moment. “ --- so long as I can use an obscene amount of sugar and cream, I’ll take either. “
