On a rainy day; when the whole world was busy puckering up; I lay staring at the hallway, trying to keep my calm pretending to be a grown up.

My mind still played the sound of his footsteps as I watched him walk out- Thinking, love still persisted between us- I did beg,plead and shout. Time laughed at me; fate giggled- As I saw him work upon his decision of letting me go; leaving me puzzled.

Since I had no stories to be told, I patiently waited for the mysteries to unfold. Until when I rushed back to "our" room to soak myself in his smell that still lingered; I then discovered the photo of "her" that slit opened the reason of his departure - I finally figured.
