And here we are again, with me, delighting your ears with yet another fantastic cover. I don’t remember a day I haven’t shared a cover in the past month or so. They’re just flying out of the woodwork these days. The latest gem is a cover of fast rising British act Years & Years’ spectacular song Take Shelter by UK duo Alpines. They strip the song down, giving it a more minimalist style, kind of like how The xx sounds at times, but more bass and synth heavy. It’s hypnotizing.
