Probably one of my favorites of Monroe’s <3 I put myself in her characters shoes so much in this movie, and my bff irl reminds me sooo much of Cherie’s friend! ^^

this movie was so romantic in like a yandere way T_T I loved it

honestly love silent movies so much, often people get scared off by the idea of no sound but after you get used to it you realize just how well adapted these films are to fit their constraints!

just watched this delight of a silent film. as a teenage girl the character ginger is like the most relatable character ever!

anyone else want the song “cheek to cheek” playing at their wedding now because of this movie? one of my favorite scenes tbh

by far my favorite Fred Astaire movie <3 the dresses and the dances are so romantic ^^

this movie makes me want to explore more of Leslie Howards works! he was so cute in this movie T_T

I’ve watched this movie three times over and each time I understand something new! <3 Bette Davis did such a great job in this, probably one of my fave movies of hers
