a simple but classic updo.

I’m a huge fan of simple but classic updos and I’ll be the first to tell you that I collect videos and photos of them just so I try them out on my friends when I do their hair. Summer is one of the best times to put your hair up and it’s not too hard to learn how to do nice updos and they can be done on a variety of textures and styles of hair (let me know and I’ll find a few nice tutorials for you). One of the best things about being able to go out in the summer is being able to try out new hairstyles that wouldn’t necessarily suit spring, fall, or winter and I stand by the fact that this summer is going to be one of the best times to get out and try all of the new hairstyles that you’ve wanting to try out.

really light and rather natural makeup.

One of the things that I’ll stand by forever is that no woman needs to wear heavy makeup in the summer, you don’t have to have perfect skin or anything, a lot of women look best with less on during the summer and there’s nothing like letting yourself go out with a lot of bronzer, some highlighter, a glossy lip, and plenty of lashes. You can still wear full coverage makeup but I choose this makeup tutorial because I think that Ndeye really does an amazing job of accentuating her features and she looks amazing throughout the entire tutorial. If you’re wearing a bright dress than you don’t need to wear as much makeup and that’s one of the things that I really love about summer, less tends to be a lot more.

I love this mini dress, it’s asymmetrical and it’s not too short, the colour is so vivid and bright, and it’s a great little number for hot summer nights. Imagine wearing this little dress with a bronzed and glowy summer tan, some shimmering body oil, a nice updo, and some light makeup. Summer is literally the time to throw the little black dresses into the back of your closet and being out all of those beautiful bright dresses and jewelled toned dresses, nothing makes a woman look better than bright dresses that accentuate the colour of her skin and bring attention to her body without revealing too much. I love Amanda Uprichard dresses and I’d highly recommend them, you can find them for steep discount on places like Poshmark as well and I think that the quality of them is good enough to last years.

Salone Monet ‘Sable’ Sandals in Paul.

I believe that every woman needs a pair of heeled sandals, a woman could be 4’11 or 6’11 and I’d still think that she’d look amazing wearing a pair of skin coloured heeled sandals. There is nothing like seeing a woman with long toned legs and summer is one of the best times to be able to throw on some body glow oil and put your best foot forward. If you’re a woman of colour then you need to have a pair of sandals that match the colour of your skin, you don’t want to be seen wearing a pair of shoes that draws attention away from your legs or doesn’t flatter you and one of the best ways to avoid that is by purchasing a quality pair of barely there sandals. I call these invisible sandals and I love them.

I don’t think that bright looks tend to require a lot of accessories and I’d try to steer away from doing too much in favour of simplicity. I’d wear a simple gold bangle, a pair of matching gold earrings, a matching brown satin clutch to match your shoes, and I’d leave it at that. Summer is one of the best times to embrace simplicity and this outfit is simple enough, you don’t need to do too much or wear too much, you don’t need to layer a bunch of items, and you can go out wearing relatively little and still look great. Whenever I advise my friends to wear bright outfits, I also encourage them to wear accessories that fade into the rest of the look and really let their dress and the shape of their body do the rest of the talking. It always works well for them and I’d encourage you to stay rather minimal.

Going completely off the top of my head here, I think that a rather natural look would be best for your fingers and toes, I love the look of light pink natural looking nails and I think they’re extremely versatile. I prefer to go simple with my nails in the summer but you could really do whatever you wanted, I’d be sure that your nails had a bit of the colour of your dress in them but if you’re wearing a simple dress and accessories then you’re left with a lot of room if you want to go wild with your nails. I’m more of a French manicure and simple pink nails girl in the summer and I recommend that to all of my friends when they’re going on dates but you could do a twist on the classic and have French tips in the same colour as your dress or do a simple design.

One of the things that I always recommend to my friends in the summer is getting a spray tan so that they glow or doing some at home self tanning but then going a step further and going out and getting a high quality body glow oil. There’s nothing like having long shimmery legs, there’s nothing like having a glowy body and looking like you’ve been on some foreign island for weeks, and there’s nothing like looking and feeling hot and knowing you’re keeping all of the attention in the room fixed on you. This is one of my favourite body glow oils because it really gives you a warm chocolatey glow and the shimmer is amazing, it’s not sticky or too heavy, I do layer it to make it last longer and I’ve found that it’s extremely hydrating when I’ve used it on myself, and a bottle will last ages. This is one of the best oils if you want a healthy glow.

Networking and the Social Hierarchy:

The value of mentorship from mature women in high society.

I have a few mature women in my network that I consider mentors, who treat me with the utmost love and kindness as though I am their own daughter. They continuously pour decades worth of knowledge into me and I’ve been afforded numerous career opportunities by these women and access to rooms I wouldn’t have been able to enter otherwise.

While I’m fully aware that some mature women in high society can be quite hostile and don’t appreciate the presence of new younger women in their circles, that simply isn’t the case for all them.

If you lead with that narrative in mind when targeting affluent circles, by treating the mature women as your opposition and an after thought when building your social network,you’ll be losing out on a lot of opportunities and you might not be able to cement yourself in that circle.

Now how do you successfully build relationships with mature women in high society:

When entering society events and manoeuvring affluent circles even if it is the main purpose of your attendance , do not solely focus your attention on engaging with the opposite sex.

It’s never a good look nor will it be well received, especially if your goal is to cement yourself in the circle,always prioritise connecting with the women.

Far too many young women enter into society with this air of arrogance, under the assumption that all the mature women are threatened and envious of them. So much so that they show very little regard and respect in their interactions with them.

When approaching them, respect is paramount. I didn’t think it was worth mentioning at first but I’ve seen so many ladies shunned out for their lack of respect. Mind your manners 😊

These women are well aware of their position in society and how beneficial it can be to be associated with them. When seeking to build a relationship, keep in mind that relationships are a two way street,you’re meant to provide as much value as you expect in return.

If you approach them with the intent to just take, take and take, you’ll be met with a wall that will be impossible to climb over.

If they instead view you as a young woman with immense value to provide, they’ll gladly take you under their wing.

Ensure that you are forming a genuine connection based on shared views, interests and aspirations.

Lastly once a relationship has been established, be teachable and willing to take advice, you don’t know it all. Mature women are vessels of wisdom and their sound advice can set you years ahead.

The benefits of maintaining great mentor-mentee relationships with mature women in high society:

Navigating a new field can be daunting, unfortunately textbooks won’t adequately prepare you for the challenges you’ll face once you embark on your career. Having someone guide you along the way will ease the transition into the field and the climb up the ladder.

Having a mentor is highly beneficial especially in fields that are difficult to break into or heavily gate kept.

These women are well connected and can align you with career opportunities that perhaps would have taken years to accomplish on your own.

Last point, as it pertains to dating, mature women generally have the intel on the high quality men worth entertaining and the low quality men you should be avoiding in their circles. This information can protect you from potential harm and heartbreak.

Side note: Please don’t go around asking these women to set you up with the men in their circles, it’s weird. It’ll happen organically if they’d genuinely like to connect you with a potential match. Don’t build relationships either with these women solely based on the hopes that they’ll connect you with a potential match.

You can get involved either through volunteering or by making a sizeable donation that’ll grant you a membership and a spot on one of the committees (That is if the organisation has this option available).

If the second option isn’t available, utilise the skills and qualities you have, that’ll make you an indispensable asset to the organisation.

Pay attention to EVERYTHING, all the textures and materials. You’ll want to stick with high quality woods, marbles, fabrics, and metals. Match them all per room if you can.

Kitchen: plateware, glassware (need tons of decanters and wine glasses), trays, fruits, teas, liquors, ice cream maker, blender, utensils, fun ice trays (if your fridge doesn’t have an automatic ice dispenser), comfortable but stunning rugs, cocktail mixer. Bedroom: decanter with two glasses filled with water (to drink at night), ambiance lighting, dramatic curtains, art pieces, couch or chaise if big enough, bar cart (for weed as well if you smoke), quality sheets, unique comforter, wonderful backboard, beauty area with its own seating, plants, large area rug, speaker or record player, trays and open shelving for little decorations, water feature. Play with furs, leathers, silks, and velvets. Lines in this room should definitely be a mixture between straight and curved.

your self concept is your general assumptions about yourself and the world you live in.

people think having a good self concept is all about self love and feeling pretty, but it's not. it's your viewpoint on everything and affects everything in your life -- your manifestations, relationships, how well life works out for you, etc. so, it's something you should invest in.

people always say, "well, i don't want to work on my self concept!", which annoys me to the bone, because it is the key to manifest all your desires. not only that, but it dictates your entire life.

for example, let's say i want to manifest a new boyfriend into my life. however, i hold the assumption that all men are terrible, they cheat, they lie, etc. and because i persist in those assumptions by repeating those affirmations to myself and feeling it as a fact, my new boyfriend will have no choice but to conform to my general assumptions about men.

i remember when i read an extract from one of neville goddard's lectures. one day, a black man once approached neville and asked him how he could possibly manifest, when most of neville's audience was white and had many great successes with manifestation. so how could he, a poor black man during segregation, manifest the life he desires?

neville told this man about his mentor, abdullah. and how abdullah was more than 90 years old and had the health of an olympic athlete. abdullah gracefully thrived in "whites only" facilities, and was treated greatly despise how logically, the odds were against him. neville then told this man, to change his self concept. why? because once you change your self concept, your world starts to blossom.

so, this man took neville's advice. before he changed his self concept, he was discriminated against everywhere, especially at this place he went to, when he was escorted off the premises. however, after the man changed his general views of himself and the world, everything changed. he started to view himself as someone who rich, has the utmost respect and is a well treated member of society. that same place the man was discriminated against, offered him an a high paying job with his own office without even applying, and started to treat him with the utmost respect, JUST ECAUSE he changed his self concept. crazy, right? all he did was change his self concept, and his entire world changed, because everything comes from within.

people think jut because you're pretty and rich means you have a great self concept. nope, that's not what it is! for example, look at marilyn monroe. an icon, a star, the apple of many men's eye. she was loved by many, was stunning and lived a great lifestyle. however -- her general view of life was quite dull, which caused the failure of her marriages and the dissatisfaction in her career.

now, back to manifesting. so, one of my friends was struggling with manifestation. she had so many doubts, intrusive thoughts, would spiral often, and couldn't manifest shit, because she had a shitty self concept. she held the assumption that she couldn't manifest anything, life is hard, nothing works out for her, and blah blah blah.

she asked me for advice, and i told her to work on her self concept, and i told her what to do and made a plan for her, the plan that i made for you guys, below. and guess what, because she changed her self concept, she has manifested so many luxurious items! versace, prada, etc. and she told me she manifested 100k in just HOURS. she told me because she believed in herself and worked on her self concept, it changed her entire life! she now views herself as someone who can manifest INSTANTLY, someone who is amazing at manifesting and someone who always gets what she was. and SHE IS. she was even showing me all the stuff she's going to buy with the money.

you see how powerful self concept is? she couldn't manifest a toothpick to save her damn life, to 100k in just a few hours. insane, right?

sun in the 10th house: when the planet of the ego falls in the house of social status, you seek power above all. you want fame, notoriety and to lead, and when not achieving what you want, you might become insecure. you can’t help that ambition runs in your blood, but you should make sure you’re doing things because you love doing them and not just to get recognized. it’s like you need to achieve so that you can feel proud of yourself because you never felt that kind of support when you were younger, and achieving success feels like a life or death matter to you. you ooze charisma and you naturally draw attention to yourself, wanting to be recognized for your talents. very aware of how others perceive you. but even if you’re a great leader, you hate following orders which can make you have problems with those in charge – be careful with making enemies and with stepping on others to get what you want, it’s very important that you keep a strong sense of morals or else you can grow to be arrogant and tyrannical. at your worst you can start abusing your power; at your best, you can use it to better the lives of all those around you like a true leader.

sun in the 11th house: here, the planet of ego is in the house of friendships, hopes, inventions and the collective, making you shine when you’re able to help others. your friends are the most important thing for you, but be careful with identifying too much with them. you carry yourself with so much confidence, you’re so full of life and with a love for learning and giving to others. eccentric personality and big dreams. you want to stand for a cause that matters to you alongside others who you love. others gravitate towards your magnetism, individuality and friendly nature, naturally looking up to you as a leader. if you happen to have been betrayed in the past, you might shut yourself completely from friendships due to a fear of trusting the wrong person again, but please don’t deny yourself your need to socialize and to express your revolutionary ideas to others because you truly shine when you’re around those who you trust and help you grow.

CHAPTER 4 - LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!

how to manifest your desired appearance

there are MANY different ways you can manifest your desired appearance. pick the way that resonates with you the most.

KNOWING

KNOWING you will look a certain way is probably the fastest and most effective way to manifest your desired appearance. when you just, "know", no technique is required.

"how do i .. know" you must be thinking. well, it's different for different people. most people use affirmations to get into the state of knowing. the affirm things like "i am confident in my manifestation abilities" "i manifest quickly and easily" "i trust god" etc.

others simply take the shortcut, then acknowledge they are god. usually, they're like, "okay, since i am god, i can do anything, and whatever i say goes." they understand the law from front to back, and know the basic of the law of assumption: whatever you think is true, is true. so because they realise their power, they have that confidence and deep inner knowing. it's kind of like a, "okay. i can do whatever i want, so therefore this is going to happen" kind of thing.

others simply do a manifestation technique, they're like "oh because i did xyz this HAS to happen."

how do you know you know? a question i get asked a lot. you do not question. there is no ifs, ands or buts. for example, i'm writing this post on a laptop right now. i KNOW that for a fact. am i writing on a phone? no. when you have faith in something, you are absolutely certain. like, how you know 1+1=2.

you must have FULL faith in your manifestation. it is quite often when people tell me, "angel, i know my manifestation is going to happen, but.." AHT AHT AHT! no, you are NOT in the state of knowing. when you KNOW, you do not QUESTION or WORRY. IT WILL HAPPEN.

"But if every little rumor, doubt, or fear can move you around like a pawn on a chessboard, then you are not keeping the faith! ” – Neville Goddard.

you guys seek validation from what you see right in front of you. and i'm sorry but if you do that, you're not going to manifest shit. people's biggest delusion is that the causation of everything in their life happens randomly, and it is out of their control. you manifest EVERYTHING in your life. the good, the bad and the indifferent. there's this delusion in the manifesting community that there's such thing as an outer source. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN OUTER SOURCE. YOU ARE GOD. you manifest everything in your life!

so that being said, remember, imagination creates reality. your inner conversations, feelings, what you persist in and what you accept as fact CREATE YOUR ENTIRE REALITY. the 3d isn't a bad thing, everything is literally caused by you. YOU are the cause, the 3d is the effect.

so KNOW it will happen, and it will. you must have FULL FAITH. with faith, you can move mountains, part the red sea to basically the impossible. there is no such thing as "objective fact", and i don't care if this fact is objective as 1+1=2. there is NOTHING in this world that is fixed. NOTHING.

now. someone might say, "angel, i cannot help but get discouraged by what i see in the mirror." you do not have to pretend it isn't there, but KNOW it will change. do not bat an eye or worry. one of the biggest mistake of manifesting is that people look for confirmation that it's working. YOU ARE THAT CONFIRMATION! don't ask me "is it working?" i'm just going to ask you, "i don't know, is it?" because YOU make the rules. your word is GOSPEL.

now, let us turn to scripture to back up what i'm saying. daniel was in deep shit. DEEP DEEP fucking shit. he was thrown in the lion's den, when the lions were hungry as fuck and have not been fed in weeks, and were thirsty for blood. now, daniel could've lost his hope in god and accepted his "fate", (even though fate doesn't exist) he simply KNEW god would save him. the lions kept getting CLOSER and CLOSER and showed daniel their teeth and they are very hungry, but despite ALL OF THAT danie STILL KEPT HIS FAITH IN GOD that he would be SAVED, and HE WAS SAVED.

throughout the bible, we can see how god tests his most loyal. remember, faith is LOYAL to the unseen reality!

now, let me tell you about job. job was one of god's most loyal followers. and man, job had it all! he had health, wealth, a beautiful wife and amazing kids. one day, god and satan were talking about job, and satan basically told god that the only reason job is loyal to him is because of his amazing life. so god, put job's faith to the test. god took away his health, wealth, friends and family. job had NOTHING left. he had every reason NOT to believe in god, yet he was unmoved. he STILL believed in god despite having NOTHING. and because he was LOYAL TO THE UNSEEN REALITY, god BLESSED him abundantly and gave him everything could ever possibly want and more. “Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity” (Job 2:10).

so be like JOB. job literally lost everything, and proved SATAN (represents doubt, unpleasant circumstances, limiting beliefs) WRONG. job DID NOT RELY ON ANY EXTERNAL VALIDATION THAT HE WOULD BE BLESSED. he saw NO indication, and everything he loved was stripped away from him. REMEMBER, KEEP THE FAITH AND IMAGINATION CREATES REALITY. do not dwell on your past disappointments, failures and disappointments. STEP INTO THE NEW REALITY OF HAVING YOUR DESIRE. KNOW IT IS YOURS. i don't care if you failed to manifest 1000 times.

i mean, manifesting always works. ALWAYS. remember, you manifest everything in your life - the good, the bad and the indifferent. so, you successfully manifested the class going on. don't worry though, because you can change this.

when you "fail" a manifestation - stop thinking logically, and applying probability into your life. don't think "i failed so many times, it won't work because i can't manifest." consciousness is the only reality. imagination creates reality, and as long as you know that, you cannot fail.

i remember in the bible about that one story about lot and lot's wife. god wanted to destroy the city in which they lived in. god told them to go, and NEVER turn back. lot and his family left, but due to lot's wife's attachment to the city, she turned back to look at the city one last time and she turned into a pillar of salt. however despite this, lott still trusted god and lived a life of blessing because he obeyed Elohim.

so, do NOT be lot's wife who did not trust god. look what happened to her, she failed the test and turned into a pillar of salt. do not look back at your past failures, unfavourable circumstances and disappointments. be like LOT, and shift to a new reality where you are filled with infinite love, abundance and happiness.

DO NOT BE LIKE LOT'S WIFE WHO DID NOT TRUST GOD AND TURN INTO A PILLAR OF SALT. turn your back on SATAN!!!!!!

"Put the past behind you. Do not look back and become like Lot’s wife who turned into a pillar of salt – which is a preservative. You always put what you want to preserve in brine. If you turn back and dwell upon the state you want to leave behind, you have placed it in brine and will become it once more. But if you will turn your back upon the past regardless of what you have or have not done, and stretch forward to what you want to be or do and remain faithful to your desire – nothing can stop you from achieving it. You will become the man you assume you are, if you persist in the assumption that you are already there!" - Neville Goddard.

remember that one story where satan tempted jesus? satan did everything in his power, trying to fool jesus and to trick him into thinking that he was more powerful than the on of GOD. JESUS KNEW SATAN'S TRICKS, AND DID NOT FALL FOR IT. your 3d & doubts are NOT more powerful than you.

REMEMBER YOU ARE JESUS CHRIST. ELOHIM. JEHOVAH. YAHWEH. GOD!

so, all you need to do is KNOW it'll happen, and it will. remember it will happen -- IT IS LAW!

AFFIRMATIONS

affirmations are a GREAT way to manifest beauty. how little or as much as you affirm is up to you.

all you have to do is repeat a statement in your head. the best time to affirm is RIGHT when you wake up and as you are falling asleep in a drowsy state.

some people ask me for affirmations. you don't need me to give you affirmations. for example, let's say i want to manifest clear skin. i'd affirm: "i have clear skin" "my skin is flawless" etc. if you have trouble coming up with affirmations, ask yourself,"what would i say if i already had my desire?" and THAT is your affirmation.

you do not need to be specific when affirming. you can affirm "i have my desired appearance" and your subconscious will know EXACTLY what you're talking about. your subconscious mind is god, and is you. so don't worry.

the wording of your affirmation doesn't really matter, so don't get hellbent trying to get the perfect affirmation. shit, you can affirm "carrot carrot carrot" and if you believe it'll bring you your desire, it will.

some people affirm once a day, a couple of times or a lot during the day. how often you affirm depends on you and your belief.

if you don't know what you want, you can use general affirmations, like "i am extremely beautiful" "i look breathtaking" or even exaggerate your affirmations like "i possess beauty even aphrodite cannot fathom" "i have the face of god" etc.

VISUALISATION

visualisation is one of the most powerful techniques to manifest.

to visualise, form a scene that implies your desire in your head. you can do this with your eyes closed or open. your scene should imply your desire.

you can either visualise your desired appearance, visualise someone complimenting you on your beauty, strangers turning their heads in awe, someone calling you pretty on instagram, etc. ANYTHING that implies your desires.

for amazing results, try SATS. (state akin to sleep). SATS is an extremely effective technique because it's when your mind is the most "impressionable".

when you're going to bed tonight, try SATS.

first, try to get in a drowsy, sleepy, state. like, when you're half asleep. like, you can open your eyes but you don't want to. this is the state. then, loop a short scene only a few seconds long of your desire multiple times as you fall asleep. try to make this visualisation as vivid as possible, like adding all your senses. what do you see ? what do you hear? what can you can you feel in this scene? try to make it as LIFELIKE as possible. as vivid as you possibly can.

you can also visualise during meditation, or during the day you like. the time really doesn't matter, but doing it as you're falling asleep will be very beneficial.

to make your visualisations extremely vivid, you can practice a lot, affirm your visualisations are vivid, or command your subconscious to make them vivid.

however, your visualisations do not need to be super vivid to make them manifest. a lot of people have manifete with blurry visualisations, but intense visualisations are so powerful they can make you manifest in SECONDS.

after you visualise, KNOW the seed has been planted. see it in your minds eye -- and believe in your imaginal act.

did you know the queen of everything marilyn monroe actually manifested her beauty? she manifested her beauty using visualisation!

you can LITERALLY change your food. believe it or not. yep! u can.

u can literally decide that everything u eat has 0 calories, and junk food doesn't negatively affect you in any way.

you can decide anytime you drink water, you get prettier.you can decide that anytime you use a beauty product you get bigger lips. you can decide anytime you blink you get more and more beautiful. you can decide anytime you breath you get more sexy, or anytime you eat junk food you lose 10 pounds.

you activate the placebo by simply believing in it, and i don't care how crazy it sounds.

choose a placebo that you can believe in, and watch your world blossom!

THE TIME IT TAKES

the time it takes depends on YOU, and what you think is possible. for example, you may think it might take a month for you to get full results. your friend might take a week, and your other friend might take a few seconds!

IT DEPENDS ON YOU. so many of my followers have manifested 360 appearance changes in literal SECONDS and HOURS because they simply believe so. BELIEVE you will manifest extremely quickly, and you will.

do not fixate on the time. if you know you manifest extremely quickly, why would you be worried about time? you know you'll get it super fucking quick, so don't be discouraged.

you can also manifest on a deadline if you want. however, this might make some people a bit anxious, but i'm just letting you know it's possible, as long as you believe! when setting a deadline, set it at a time you think it'll take that long to manifest, that it is believe to you. whether that's a day, week, or a month. its up to you.

so, BELIEVE you'll get it super fucking quick. and you will. step into that reality of becoming a master manifestor who gets everything they want, quickly and effortlessly!
