I just went back to my old job after 2 years and it's in a deli of all places and everything is so so so triggering and I work with a bunch of "I don't eat much teehee" mfrs and it's really really doing some harm but boy am I motivated rot away

I took a wayyyy to big a break this time. I gained soooooo much weight I got stuck on a binge/fast/binge cylce and now I'm ready to burn my body in the street. I want what I had back so bad. I thought I was fat like several months ago but this takes the cake (literally) ughhhhh. I'm looking for a buddy rn, just to share daily logs, exchange recipes, weigh ins, workouts, and whatever else. I just really need to be hel more accountable!! I'm 21 so no one under 18 fs pm me if you're in to it :))

💕💕💕I honestly hate to admit this but I find comfort in feeling sick, if I don’t feel empty and dizzy all the time then I don’t feel valid. This sickness is not a trend it’s not cute it’s not fun, its a mental illness it fucks with your head, it changes you. I’ve pushed so many good friends out of my life just because they were trying to help me. So if you’re new to this community I love and support you, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to find a healthier weight loss method please it’s not worth it, I’ve struggled with this for 3 years now and in the beginning I just wanted to lose some weight, but now I crave a literal sickness. ✨Stay safe✨
