I was really stuck the other day. This now hangs over my couch where it can remind me to think about being kind to myself. (and you know, hopefully eventually get there??)  If you want to, feel free to print it out and color in it! then show me what you’ve done! i love love love love that.  i actually think that banners like this are REALLY silly, and maybe thats why I did this that way.

this one is maaaayyybe the most bitter thing I have ever written.  i dont usually like to put them out into the world but i also dont like them to sit and collect dust and make me feel weird.  so now its in the world and can make the rest of you feel weird, too. for bonus points, follow the instructions with an imagined sense of time scarcity. do all the things, right now! yikes! i literally made this with ashes from my fireplace. emoteen artfreak past self is proud. 

Things I wish I could tell my Exes #1

been having a rough ride of it lately this is a little reminder that I look at every day, while i’m on this ride.  This ride is the universe making way for Something Better.  so i’m looking out for the better thing coming my way, while I buckle in. i am doing so much work on myself, and I know that work i’m doing is whats shaking all of this loose, and what has prepared me to weather this ride. regular updates resuming shortly. expect the usual cheery art! jk. its like all about my expartners so no, not cheery at all. pretty dark and bitter, actually.

i am tryyyyinggggg does anyone have any ways that they deal with this that are helpful to them? spoiler: i talked to my (usually very helpful) therapist and she wasnt very helpful

acne 6/7 my college roommate used to watch me pop these, she thought it was great.  i literally keep scratching this one blackhead on my back as i type this up. oiy. (thankfully my new apartment since i moved has AWFUL AWFUL picking light)

acne 5/7 most of my partners have been pretty good humored about it. but lately i have been telling them to not let me do it-EVER. because its like pringles...ya’know?  once you...... oh no i cant even finish that one.  really though. dont let me pick at you. it does make me feel better if i’m having feelings, but then we will never be able to “just cuddle” again without me looking for things to pick at. you might not notice, but it will be all i think about.
